AI Talabat Support

Now that talabat has moved to AI support for its pro subscription members and away from actual call center technicians customers service has gone down so much. You no longer can get the help needed and I’m no sure what I am paying the extra money for cause it’s no longer the service or quality of service provided. Very disappointing
