I have to reset my password every time I go to use it. It keeps telling me my email address is wrong despite having the same email address for 20 years

No special characters allowed in text, regular text is hidden (certain messages display as blank space). Interface is poor.

Poor patient portal
This patient portal does not give me access to my medical information, insurance, bills or labs. It needs a lot of work to compare to any other patient portals.
Very hard to navigate
My psychiatrist told me to download this app to help with scheduling appointments but it has only made it harder. I couldn’t put in my insurance information at first, I had to call my psychiatrist and they had to put it in. I can’t find a way to reschedule appointments, and for whatever reason you can’t use an apostrophe when typing in their system.

Simple to use and it’s everything you need
This is an amazing App. I love this. Especially since the recent updates. Try easy to use integrated with phone security, camera and other Zoom capabilities. You can schedule doctor appointments without being put on hold, or being hung up. You are in full control of your health. You can look at your medications, lab reports and office visit reports also. Also it lets you write notes to doctor and share your questions with the doctors.

Poor connectivity and support
Login completed and shows prior visits but not current schedule. No response to IT support requests at office or via application

Worst app..
Wouldn’t download on my phone. Had to call customer support to get an account registered.. then the representative put themselves in as my physician… won’t let me access most functions even though I’m finally connected to the correct office.. just a wreck. It needs major work.

Terrible app
Barely works and is super slow. I don’t know why my doctor chooses to use this. It never alerts me with messages, when I write a message the messages disappear. Get rid of this app!!!!
