Really great app!

Really effective at tracking foods.

Would love to see in a future update some way to keep track of the pollen count day to day, for folks with OAS :)

Nearly best GERD tracking app I’ve found

I wanted something to give me structure tracking my meals and symptoms after. This is the simplest one I’ve found so far that also isn’t super glitchy. I also love the general note option, as well as the field to enter a note for each entry (food, symptom, or med).

Why only 4 stars? Because you can’t actually use that great notes feature to help with insights. The notes don’t seem to ever export to the data report. I’ve tried various ways of making this happen (general note, extra note on each entry, etc.). Is there anything I’m missing? With this, the app would be *nearly* perfect.

Two other suggestions to make it absolutely perfect:
(1) Most helpful—have the app remember past medicine and food entries so you can quickly enter repeat meds/meals.
(2) A distant dream, not essential but would be so cool—In the trends view, show more than just symptoms. If you made the meals repeats maybe the insights could pull meal info and layer it over increased/decreased symptoms?

Update Fixed Earlier Complaint

I had previously complained that you couldn't export or print the logs, but that has been fixed with the latest update. I couldn't change my older review, so updating here on this one. Easy to use app without out over complicating the process.

Response from developer

Hey there! We understand how important it is for users to be able to easily share their data with their medical providers. We have some great news! Our latest update (v1.2.0) introduced a new export feature that allows users to generate a custom pdf report of their entries on-demand! We’re excited to share this feature and more in the latest update. Thank you for using Tame Tummy!

Pretty easy and quick to use

Love how you could add symptoms and write text in the measurements cause the measurements are the hardest part of the food journal for me.

I improvements I would like to see is if I feel symptoms at beyond midnight; I have to actively change the date to the next day. The other thing is add a stress level scale. I just write it in the notes.
