Me and my wife recently visited Tanishq showroom at the Mall of Asia in Bengaluru and I have to say the experience was exceptional thanks to Mahima, one of their saleswoman. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Mahima was thoroughly professional and her knowledge of the pieces — from gemstone details to design craftsmanship — was impressive, and she never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy.

Please change the design too. Make it of many different designs. We don’t get designs in Tanishq as in market so please work on different types of design. Other jewellery brand have very attractive design and for that reason also, many pple buy it from other brands. Please work on it.
App crashing
The app crashes whenever I try to access the buy or sell gold options, and the page keeps refreshing repeatedly

All staff in Bangalore Vijayanagar are extremely professional I have to mention about madam Lakshmi is very obliging and cooperative she never loses her cool in showcasing the beautiful Tanishq products, it’s same with madam Deepika also my whole family is purchasing in Tanishq from past 20 years which started from my mother I see the same confidence and approach by staff my special gratitude to every staff right from opening to closing door, purchasing to billing, cleaning staff to showroom hygiene and even tea came us to invest time little bit more
Has a purchaser the scheme are good but I don’t think too much asking any discount for the dedicated customers for more than 10 - 20years should get benefits and purchasing, and investing every year and minimum 2 or more times in Tanishq should be acknowledged by discount are giving at least extra point

Customer service
Your customer service is poor. OberoiMall Goregaon East Store staff misbehaved with me. They cheated me too. They misled me too. Store Manager is rude and arrogant. I have emailed my complaints to your customer service department. Either you take strict action or I will never visit Tanishq. If you don’t take action I will understand that all staff and management are collectively making customers fool and mislead customers and also involved in unfair trade practices.

Very poor KYC process and no proper support
I tried completing my KYC for Tanishq Digital Gold but the process is extremely frustrating. Even after submitting valid PAN and Aadhaar details multiple times, the verification keeps failing without any clear reason or message. The app and website give no real guidance, and there’s no prompt customer support to resolve the issue.
For a trusted brand like Tanishq, I expected a smoother and more transparent process. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing — I couldn’t proceed with my purchase because of the repeated KYC failure. I hope Tanishq improves their verification system and customer response time soon.

Delivery of product
I had ordered one product in Tanishq app thinking that order will deliver soon moreover it was not mentioned below the payment or when I had entered banglore pin-code neither it was mentioned or Maybe some where else in small note it was mentioned which is not visible easily,
Order was placed and I asked when it’s gonna deliver they are like 7 days I said could you pls make it earlier no proper answer at all, wait for your delivery imagine I have to go out of station has a customer I ordered thinking’s that I will receive it soon has my location is in banglore though not any outskirts, even from Flipkart minutes will deliver same Tanishq Gold in 25min why not Tanishq, and I said if you will deliver me in 2 days I will take order but no am not able to check the status atleast it will deliver after 3 days or 4 th day or 5th day should I stay at home for your delivery wondering it may come today or tomorrow this is inappropriate and I said to cancel they are like we can’t cancel now order is shipped okay I understand , then they Said when delivery will happen you can cancel at that time am telling now itself to cancel why to come simply at delivery location then they will call me I should tell them to cancel.
It’s my mistake I taught I will receive the delivery soon.
Note : if you expect early delivery then Tanishq isn’t the right platform in this part.

Satisfying Shopping Experience
Today I visited Tanishq jewellery at Trivandrum along with my husband and had an amazing shopping experience. We were assisted by two gracious ladies Mrs Bindhu and Divya who guided us to purchase what we had in mind. The procedures are transparent and reasonably quick giving us a satisfying shopping experience which no other jewellery can give.

Very bad after sales support.
Order status not updated , delivery dates regularly pushed behind
Even after showing tentative dates for order post order placement, there is no communication from the company on the order status. No mails, no order tracking update on app even post 2 weeks and after missing the delivery dates by 1 week. No mechanism to lodge a written complaint. Just using this tactic to make sure you cancel your order and again place a new one at elevated prices based on market conditions. Unresponsive application with glitches and a team of incompetent fellows. The experience with SENCO gold and diamonds online was far more superior and smooth with timely commitments honoured!!

Tanishq Ambience Mall
My Mom and I purchased a couple of ear rings from the Tanishq store at the Ambience Mall. We had a great experience. Mr Sachin Thakur helped us look at the beautiful selection they had and showed a lot of patience and kindness while we took our time in making our decision. He had good product knowledge and we certainly valued his attention to details. At check out Ms Anshika Singh was very helpful with the formalities. Along with a lovely collection am glad our shopping experience was par excellence as well with helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming staff!
