The quality is downing

I recently sent $50 to Egypt. It’s not that huge amount of money however it’s been now over five days and the transaction still in progress that technical issues this never happens to me and I already sent thousands to Egypt through this app but recently it’s becoming more difficult and taking more time for the money to arrive and the worst part is a support over chat or a phone it’s useless and bad and they really need to get customer support with experience because no one know what to do specially that I talk to them 2 times first one they told me wait two days eventually be fixed after two days. I called them again. They told me the same thing. This is driving me crazy this app is getting way worse. I don’t really recommend it.

First transaction fails and account temporarily suspended

I guest I didn’t put in my information right so the app fail and suspended my first transaction and I chatted and called support, they sent me an email to send documents to prove my identity. I emailed them all the documents but no response, I called and spoke to someone and still runaround.

Batter Pay rate available and includes unnecessary fees

I used the tap tap for six months due to it’s impressive rate but I think all it did to attract the costumer only. Now they are leg behind the competitor, Remetly is giving impressive rates than tap tap. I don’t mind sending money through tap tap but before sending Need to consider the rate. On the top of that they started taking fee.
