This app is totally insane it was an emergency i send money back home in Nepal from 15hrs its showing processing and they advertise like it goes in within 5 minutes and when i tried to reach to customer support they didn’t respond and said wait for 2-4 days. Seriously for medical emergency?? I am so disappointed with this app now.

Works better for small amounts
I have used this a couple of times and definitely good app money arrives fast. But the rate can be a little slow to react I the the market so I just compare to wise and see which one give me the most value the rate is normally lower but no charge so I have found better if sending small amount of money under £1000 then this is better but check the rate as today it is bad compared to wise

O aplicativo é ótimo para quem precisa enviar dinheiro, pois o destinatário o recebe em instantes. O problema é: se você precisar de suporte do aplicativo se prepare para ficar o dia todo esperando. Iniciaram o atendimento a uma solicitação que eu fiz na data de ontem,08/01, de manhã e até o presente momento, 08/02 às 08:34 a.m, não consegui resolver o problema. Iniciaram meu atendimento às 10:41 a.m da data de 08/01 e ainda estou esperando o atendimento para resolver minha situação. Ou seja, se prepare para ficar esperando feito um idiota. O detalhe é que nem consigo encerrar minha conta.
