Not able to login
The login screen gets blocked by the “use as guest” screen. I am not able to move ahead.

Not able to log in, creating new account, forgot password, etc.. still not accepting login. Also link from the email doesn’t work and they’re closed so not accepting customer support calls, how am I supposed to pay my bill?

At first biometric login failed. Later when logged in with user ID, a page with continue as guest is displayed and no other information. Please fix this

No major update will truly benefit real users without UAE Pass integration, regardless of UX color improvements.

The prior balance is always displayed, regardless of whether it has been paid.
It is unable to return to the main page after review rating, only the option available is to close the app and re login.
If we pay the entire bill, the due amount will remain there without any change displayed for long time unchanged and not updated.

Unable to Login
When trying to login, system says incorrect login details/password. When you try to reset your password and login back, it says incorrect again. The cycle is repeated a hundred times and still the same issue.

It was very impressed with the digitalized move-in and move-out process. It was incredibly easy to use, and the steps were clear and straightforward. The utility billing system is transparent, with no hidden charges, and the online portal made it convenient to track my usage and bills. The refund of my deposit was processed promptly without any hassle, which was a huge relief. Overall, the system is efficient, and the customer service team was responsive to any queries I had !

Login issue
Unable to login to the app however with the same credentials I am able to login to the website. Tried couple of times with changing passwords, uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it didn’t work. Please help!!
