Not very user friendly
I previously used the Optum app for my HSA account and it was so easy to use. This app is not. First off, my first prescription was declined after never having to deal with a decline in the Optum app. Second, it was difficult to ingest out even to see where my investments would be made. Third, I finally have investments but now I can’t find that account easily and have never found an investment statement page. Horrible app.

WORST COMPANY EVER
Zero stars! Wish I had a choice through my employer, but I don’t. Cannot wait until TASC is outbid- hopefully upcoming benefit year. 🤬😖‼️
