Zero stars! Wish I had a choice through my employer, but I don’t. Cannot wait until TASC is outbid- hopefully upcoming benefit year. They deny every HSA approved transaction on my card… every blinking one! 🤬😖‼️
Hides info to wastes your time
You're gonna waste hours on the phone with staff with bad attitudes because - you ask why there is money taken out of you account and their app has no details on deductions and they try to get out of answering and doing work, and can't find info on your prior call until you said you recorded it.

Horrible interface, process, delays, rejecting of compliant point of sale and reimbursements. Horrible!!!!!
Not very user friendly
I previously used the Optum app for my HSA account and it was so easy to use. This app is not. First off, my first prescription was declined after never having to deal with a decline in the Optum app. Second, it was difficult to ingest out even to see where my investments would be made. Third, I finally have investments but now I can’t find that account easily and have never found an investment statement page. Horrible app.

Not user friendly
Horrible can’t even submit a ticket to customer service. Says Error every time
The site is glitchy every time I use it
Customer service reps will suggest that you use the website instead of the app. Why do you have an app if it doesn’t work when it’s supposed to?
Cannot submit support requests
Terrible app. Shows info but when you need to actually do business, you cannot send them a message for help. And you cannot use a question mark. Really?

When the app opens and logged in, it just goes to a black screen and there’s no way to do anything. You Just have to close it out.

App tends to glitch out to the point where it’s frustrating to put in a reimbursement request.
This app is horrible
Advance too many problems using this card now they’re gonna stay with my money because I haven’t been able to use my card to do my stuff pay for my doctors bills prescription prescriptions or anything like that. It’s been giving me a hard time now I’m gonna lose $1300. Not good at all. I work hard for my money.

Newest app update now requires manual input for everything- same exact stuff i got covered in past is now denied. I dont like AI, but really? Make it make sense
