Ugh

I’m sorry I paid for it. It doesn’t allow me to delete some tasks when they are done. It keeps popping up with its own “welcome to task office” page and then has its own tasks. It’s hard to get rid of that. I now have 52 tasks listed when I only have 4.

Does not show multiple months of calendars you get only a one month view.

Ended up with over 6 months of overdue items.

Sorry to hear the app logic did not meet your expectations. Actually, the quantity of tasks that are depicted in calendar depends on settings of “Calendar Sync Options”. You can set the sync period to 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. To change “Sync period” go to: 1) Preferences -> 2) Calendar Sync Options. Task Office will sync tasks in the period 1 month to “Today” (these are overdue tasks) and 3/6/12 months after “Today”. Regards, DK Consulting team

Issues with syncing and organization

I might be stupid but despite bring different categories my calendar doesn’t display events as different colors.

Categories are used to organise tasks and projects into different lists. By assigning special categories you can easily filter and browse through tasks and projects. In the Calendar view all tasks will be depicted with the colour of calendar. This was changed since version 5.0, when syncing with all types of calendars was added. Don’t do it!

Loaded this app and created my second project, and every previous event on my calendar became one of 522 open tasks! Great concept but this is insane. Not worth $20!
