Ugh
I’m sorry I paid for it. It doesn’t allow me to delete some tasks when they are done. It keeps popping up with its own “welcome to task office” page and then has its own tasks. It’s hard to get rid of that. I now have 52 tasks listed when I only have 4.
Does not show multiple months of calendars you get only a one month view.
Ended up with over 6 months of overdue items.
Issues with syncing and organization
I might be stupid but despite bring different categories my calendar doesn’t display events as different colors.
Don’t do it!
Loaded this app and created my second project, and every previous event on my calendar became one of 522 open tasks! Great concept but this is insane. Not worth $20!
Needs work
Please take out task potion of the app. When I synced one of my apps to have the dates show in the calendar, all of my previous dates showed up as tasks and showed I had 33 notifications. These dates had already passed and there’s no way to get rid of them.
Best GTD / Appreciate update to sync with my calendar!
I still think this app is the best for GTD Type task management, however still wish this had sync to Dropbox or other cloud based service other than iCloud. Currently I am unable to share content with my SO, and this would be huge improvement for my needs

I know you had my first review but the issue is, I tried to reach you for so long and I have no response. I purchased both Task Office and Project for iOS but lost all features. No task listed on screen, no color for different categories, no notification,...I don’t want anybody to feel the same.
Very few features for such a high price
$20 made me think the paid version would offer numerous customization options. Not the case, very few options. There are other apps out there with a lot more features at a fraction of the price.

Latest version doesn’t show notifications on lock screen or as a banner when iphone is unlocked

This issue is fixed. In version 5.1 notifications are shown both on locked screen and when device is unlocked.
Great but needs SERIOUS work
I love this app. I use it professionally to manage multiple projects. When they recently published the update, it erased all of my data across all of my devices... which was frustrating needless to say.
There are several things that I would like to see changed.
1. When in a project, instead of having an “All Tasks” button, just show all the tasks currently assigned. Get rid of the “+Task button” and just let me quick add the task instead of going into another screen.
2. FIX THE SYNC ISSUE. I need my devices to be update-to-date, and not erasing each other.
Fix these issues and this will hands down be the best task management application out there.

Not worth the $20 at all - please refund.
I cant get my iphone calendar events to show up on the app. I dont want to be inputing stuff in two calanders.!! Please fix this or get me a refund. It looked promising but was let down.

I do wish they would link the tasks to the projects. Right now I have to type in ever task(project) just so I know what project that task is associated with. The other downfall is the calendar. When you set a date of completion for a project or task it doesn’t show up in the calendar. So basically all organization is in you and it takes a lot of time to input because they don’t automatically link.

Great app. I really like it.
Wish I could export tasks to do as pdf or txt to printer or file system. Also wish completed projects, events and tasks could be time stamped and exportable as txt, html, pdf or csv. I would pay extra for that. That way this app could act as a log book which is very important to my business. Otherwise this is very useful and helps with productivity.

Don’t waste your money.
I bought task Office thinking it would help me scheduling my time. I followed all the directions on their “help” page. Did everything it told me to do. Still, task Office calendar will not sync with my Apple calendar. I guess the sellers expect me to renter appointments that go into 2020. Sent two emails to tech support and I have received no response. So I blew $20 for a Dead app.

Not Worth It
When I stumbled across this app, I thought I had finally found the perfect app to help keep me organized. I wanted to believe in the app, but that’s not the case. While the app looks cute and looks like it could be a true benefit to me. I am noticing that I am unable to assign tasks beyond February 5, 2019. This is a huge let down. I will be looking for a refund 🤦🏾♀️

So long winded, not an app to add tasks on the fly.
The videos looked promising but I can now see why they do not offer you a trial. I would have never paid £19.99
I took a gamble & it’s backfired. Not an app that I enjoyed using at all. Keeps freezing on my iPhone XS too.
