App keeps crashing. Can’t upload details or photos once the task is submitted. Doesn’t work as well as the original Dolly app.

Helper not assigned in timely manner
The put a hold on money before even a helper is found. Now no helper and I need to make out her arrangements as cannot afford to wait any longer for helper to be assigned because if us a busy holiday weekend.
Worst expirence of my life
The tasked damage my furniture and the charged me for assembly that never happened. I had to dispute with my bank

Booked for my move and no taskers were ever assigned. Support never reached out and I was left with no help for my move. Do not trust the service for anything important. No communication and I was still charged a service fee after no help was ever assigned. Extremely disappointed with the service
Not flexible enuf
its called “delivery” but wont let me select the need for a trailer. Only 3 vehicle options to pick from. I cant add any notes about vendor. Very frustrating.
SCAMMED
I just wanted to move out and I ordered same day delivery from 2:30pm - 3pm and still no person assigned as my helper I’m sure this is a scam and no one is going to come

Task rabbit is a service used by my kids for their house and apartment moves for years now. Very easy access service and service fees

WORST experience ever
AWEFUL service. Do not recommend, the workers came and refused to do 2 trips for my moving (even though it was included in the fee), and because they are all independent workers, customer service does not take responsibility on this issues. These workers are not qualified for big movings.

Horrific experience
I’m almost 70 years old so I’ve been through a lot of moves and this was by far the worst!!
Every mover in the past has simply wrapped my small nightstand with drawers (and everything contained therein!) or, at a minimum, wrapped the drawers individually with all items intact. But this mover proceeded to dump all my drawers everywhere. It was a mess and exhausting because we had to run around bagging everything up! And now I have SO many bags to go through and absolutely NO idea where anything is! This was the move from hell!!!😡 And unpacking is going to be a nightmare!!

Do not use for moves
This is the 2nd time I’ve been canceled on less then 48 hours before my expected move all while I had this booked weeks in advance… and now I’m having to pay hundreds more for movers to find someone last minute
Claim only get two weeks to submit materials
They only allow your claims for two weeks to be submitted receipts, even though some jobs are so bad you lost multiple things and you cant even fully catalog. While my move was affordable i ended up losing over a grand because they rendered my couch unusable and lost one of chairs
A Taskrabbit Disaster
My ‘tasker’ was scheduled for four hours and left after 1.5 hours. My ‘tasker’ was suppose to move furniture and pull up carpet. He refused to pull up the carpet after accepting the task. He brought his wife and young daughter with him to the task and he stayed on his phone most of the time he was at the house. This was a complete and utter disaster and I expect to be refunded for at LEAST half of the $529 I spent on very, very little work. Very disappointed with Taskrabbit.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
This app is taking peoples money and sending these lazy, late workers that don’t want to work only want to get paid!! This happened on two separate occasions while spending over 250$ both times. Then the helpers have the nerve to ask for tips when they show up hours late and do the bare minimum!! As I’m sure you can probably figure out that them being hours late leaves me to do partial the work myself while waiting on them but the app still decides to charge you full price !!! This is app is not worth your time take it from someone who’s gave these people multiple and I mean multiple chances last chance I gave them I had to a extra 375$ for being late because they workers want to be late and not work this time I had to pay an extra 200$ roughly for the same reason I’m sick of it and something needs to be done!!!! This is for all the future people who thinks about trying this help PLEASE DONT !!!!! RUNNNNN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

Delivery scam
Absolutely horrible. You will waste time and money waiting only to be told no delivery will be made. The 99% match success is absolute lie. Customer service is appropriately useless and misleading. They will take a prepaid money to secure the task though.

This service is the worst service ever! My helper stated he could do the task as he could not move the desk. I them called for a refund since the task was not completed only to have customer service tell me I would not get a refund. They offered me no solution were not apologetic and made me believe I would not be refunded as they viewed this as me canceling though it was their helper that canceled because he could not move the desk. Worst service and horrible customer service. Will never recommend! I did not even want to give one star however was forced to in order to leave a review!
