Downloaded it for this festival and it doesn’t even have pork to let you buy coins. Get some to the screen of use new card and does nothing past that and just crashes everytime.

app does not work properly and takes very long to load. needs lots of improvement and can’t say much good about it.

Doesn’t work-ish
I’m currently at the 2025 TOC and I have 11 coins left and can’t use them because yhe app states it doesn’t have internet connection. I can go online, I can check my email, I can check my TIKTOK, but for some reason the app doesn’t want to work? I knew this would happen. You’re better off getting physical coins. At least they’re actually worth something. Now I’m leaving with 11 coins I can’t use. What a waste.

3 Years Later and Still No Fix
How in the world do you not fix this issue after 3 years? Tried signing up and never received an email confirmation. That is absurd! No effort whatsoever.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Never got the confirmation email and the app won’t let you sign in without it even though I know the password. Completely useless.

Never got a confirmation email to register account, tried to click help to reset password and never got that email either. A pointless app
It doesn’t work
Was able to register, but have tried purchasing coins with multiple different cards and transaction fails every time.
App not user friendly
Downloaded the app, unable to set up an account to purchase coins the email and password feels do not allow you to set up an account. You can’t click on register. The help button does not work. This app was no help at all.
Needs some work!
I downloaded the app in preparation for going to the festival and it’s horrible. I did get the email to confirm but the font and pics on the screen are SO big you can’t even see what’s on the page to choose how many coins to buy. Tried decreasing the size, didn’t work. Tried scrolling the screen from side to side, it wouldn’t move. Useless.

App not work
Wanted to set up my account in anticipation of going to TOC tomorrow. Never got the email to confirm registration, can log in with password and when I request a reset that email didn’t come either.
Pointless App
It’s cheaper to buy the coins in person then through the app. No other functionality is provided by this app (everything else just links to the website)
