Not able to reset password
A very simple functionality to reset password of sending mail is not working. There is no way to complete this action and the customer care is not supportive as well to resolve this
Not accurate at the time.
The vitality app often does not pick up the number of steps accurately. My Garmin watch which is connected to the app says over 10,000 steps but on the app it does not reflect the same. In the end, you loose points to earn rewards.
Crashing
While switching tabs and sections app keeps in crashing, may be some session maintaining problem
Doesn't sync with health app
App is very confusing to use. too much content. very difficult to navigate.
Need to enter login password everytime
Why did you design the app in such a way that it asks us to enter login password every time we open the app. You can provide biometry lock.
Unable to sync
App is giving trouble while logging. It’s not allowing to enter the password. Gets logged everyday, earlier it wasn’t. Not sure if any update is rolled out. I’m facing the issue on a iPhone.
Does not track activity
I worked out whole week and it did not track even a single of my activity. You guys need to work on it.

Not Tracking Steps
Worst app not tracking & sync steps tracking in my iphone 13. If you are not able to work on app then why you guys destroying goodwill of Tata brand. You have to shut this app
Unable to Link Health app in iphone 13
Hello Team,
Kindly look into this issue I unable to link any health app. Pop up option is not coming when Iam trying to link the health app. It is happening from last 3 months still this bug is not fixed yet.
I have also tried with Google fit app. Still not working.
Due to this I unable to acquire points in the vitality app. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

Updating
Updating of workouts is missing from other than the 5 devices. This is so restrictive and forcing us to buy expensive devices which is not practical
App is buggy
The basic functionality is not working as I am unable to connect to apple health and sync the work out data. I tried multiple ways and I cloud not able to do it.
Issue of Retrieve Data From IPhone
The Tata AIA Vitality App is currently unable to retrieve health records from iPhone 13Pro. I have attempted various methods to synchronise but all these efforts have proven ineffective, resulting in failure. I hope that the TATA team will address this issue promptly to enhance user friendliness and ensure seamless tracking. I am concerned about the potential impact on my health points, which I have accumulate. I appreciate the attention of the TATA team to this matter.

Unstable App
This app is really unstable while calculating the points for your workouts. After using it extensively for a period of one month now i am unable login since password reset link doesn’t work anymore.
Integration never works and no one can understand the days
I have NRI account, hence time zones are different. But app never recorded steps taken on the day count for the same day in the app. Step counts are nowhere matching from fitness tracker app to vitality app even though it says automatic sync. They might have separate program to reduce steps so not to give points.

Useless app
This app is waste of time and memory. It is always displaying error of facing technical issues. Due to this issues my health data is not getting synced. This unsyncing is leading me to loose my points which would have enabled me to reduce my payment of insurance. This seems to be some kind of trick from TATA. We are trusting the name of brand, but here the story seems to be different.

Sync problem
Not update data properly and not sync properly with apple
Health app integration does not work
App has health app integration for tracking activity. From what I have seen, the activity data is not being read from Health app. I very rarely if ever see my steps reflected in this app.
