Customer Care Service is pathetic.
Customer care does not respond on emails. After the payment is done they take their own time to adjust EMI. The manager who granted loan would not respond. I made the payment and requested to adjust EMI and it’s been two weeks , nothing has been done yet.

Worst service & Fraudulent working
Tata Capital Call me for a personal loan & they said that You have Pre approved loan of 1.50 lakhs and they convinced me for loan but never clarified the terms of personal loan that My current Employer who is a High level CA firm has to register on Tata Capital Site as employer. Even then never clarify you other criteria and then after they reject your loan which makes You CBIL worse even if You have Good amount of salary and Good Payment history in any other loan and not have any default in any loan.

Bad service
Very bad service they had my brother apply for a urgent loan nd he has a good salary nd cibil score over 778 nd they call us that we have a approved loan nd then they login our file nd we summitted all the documents on there and they told us that our documents is very good nd we get our loan money within 3-4 days but now after 7 days we didn’t even the girl employee who login our file is telling that I can’t do anything just go nd track nd when we track it’s showing under processing for last 4-5 days nd when we call customer care we are in queue for more then 1 hours nd even after no one pick the call it’s really bad experience i had with them so i just tell everyone don’t go with then if u need urgent money the don’t have any proper customer service for us

The lack of promptness and transparency in Tata Capital's customer service is appalling. The inefficiency and disregard for urgent customer needs reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I had expected a more professional and empathetic approach, especially given the critical nature of my situation.

Tata home loan - worst
One of the worst and unprofessional behaviour of employees. They think customer is fool and make us work on behalf of employees job. After one emi ROI increased and which impacted my financial as I end up paying extra 3 years and 2 months which is close to 16L. I don’t understand one thing what government is doing we end up paying taxes with out missing every year and on top of it if we dream to own house we have to pay extra emi. Government has to take responsibility for not to increase the ROI during the tenure of home loan. I have suggestion for Tata Ratan you should think about you customer other wise you lose customer because of you so called employees behaviour. Stop increasing ROI just like as and when you like to increase.
