Terrible service

I received an item I ordered in a wooden crate sealed with screws. According to Tata cliq luxury breaking open a wooden crate with a crowbar is a luxury experience!!! Never ordering from this company again

Very Poor Experience – No Resolution Even After 2+ Wee

I had a very disappointing experience with Tata CLiQ Luxury, which I did not expect from a platform backed by the Tata brand.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 23rd February and received the delivery on 25th February. However, the size delivered was completely wrong. I had ordered size 10, but I received size 13.

I returned the product immediately on 26th February, expecting a quick replacement. Today is 12th March, and I still have no replacement, no clear update, and no proper response from their team.

I have called customer support many times, and every time I hear the same scripted response:
“We are raising a complaint and you will get an update in 3 days.”

Those 3 days never arrive, and no one seems to have any real information about my order. It feels like customers are just being pushed around with generic replies instead of actually solving the problem.

For a platform that markets itself as a luxury shopping experience, this level of service is unacceptable. Delivering the wrong product size and then taking more than two weeks without resolution shows a serious lack of accountability and customer care.

This experience has completely broken my trust in Tata CLiQ Luxury. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from here.

I have had to send back clothing items in the past coz the wrong size was delivered . Other than this , the site delivers good high quality goods

Disappointed.( pls help maybe ?)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on TataCliq Luxury. I ordered a Puma jacket, and the product that arrived was the wrong size. On the same day I received it, I immediately contacted customer care, and they assured me that a replacement would be arranged and that I would receive the correct size soon.

I was given a replacement date of 28th, so I waited. But unexpectedly, on the 24th, the replacement was cancelled without my knowledge or permission. There was no message, no confirmation, no call, and yet the system showed that the cancellation happened “with my consent,” which is completely false. I was busy that day, and I never received any call from TataCliq.
When I contacted customer care again, they claimed they had tried to reach me—which is untrue and then informed me that my replacement could no longer be initiated. The only option left was to return the product and take a refund. I agreed because I had no other choice.

They told me that the return option would appear within a few minutes. It has now been two days, and the return option is still not showing on the app or website. I have refreshed, checked multiple times, and even contacted customer care again, but all they tell me is to “wait.” They say they have opened the return window for me, but on my side, there is still no return option at all. At this point, I’m stuck with a wrong-sized product that I cannot replace or return. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating.

Fake products and making fools

I bought a boss trouser through the Tata cliq luxury app on 19 Feb 2025 only the trust on Tata brand. But I was wrong to believe on all Tata group companies can be genuine. The product was delivered to me, I had checked the fitting and not satisfied with it and immediately I had returned to the Tata cliq luxury. After few days I got a message and a call that it was rejected to take back bcoz of its tag was washed/used. I was so shocked to say that such a big and reputed Tata brand saying that seller is not taking back and Tata cliq is trying to convince the seller to help me. After taking much time Tata cliq was failed to take back and to refund. Till now the retuned product is with Tata cliq luxury and it’s not doing refund to me. It’s very clear that they’re offering huge discounts to attract the public and selling used/damaged products bcoz customers are buying only on the trust of Tata but here there’s nothing to solve in the hands of Tata even Tata is not checking the products before dispatching or checking after return. It’s the only e-commerce platform to sell the products from their associates. Tata is depending only on its associated partners and they’re doing malpractices and making fools to the innocent customers. I truly believe in truth and I do not recommend to anyone to buy from the platform of Tata cliq luxury

Extremely disappointing experience

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having a horrific experience with Tata Cliq. I placed an order on their platform, but due to some issues, I had to cancel it. What followed was a nightmare that lasted for two months.
Despite numerous follow-ups, Tata Cliq failed to refund my amount on time. It took them an unreasonably long time to process the refund, causing me to file a complaint in consumer court and significant financial inconvenience.
To add insult to injury, they also had to compensate for the delay, but that never materialized. I made multiple attempts to contact their customer service team, but they kept giving me false assurances and delayed responses.
The lack of accountability and responsibility shown by Tata Cliq for simple thing is appalling. Their customer service team seems to be unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving customers like me in a state of mental stress and frustration.
I would strongly advise against shopping on Tata Cliq, especially if you value your time and money. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of customer-centricity make them a company to avoid.

Wrost customer support ..and shopping experience

I placed an order on the Tata Luxury app for an Apple USB-C to Lightning cable. However, I received a USB-A to Lightning cable instead. I immediately contacted their customer care on the same day I received the product, December 15, 2024. They asked me to submit images of the product through a link they provided. I submitted the images, but due to technical issues, they claimed not to have received them.

For four consecutive days, I uploaded the images again by contacting customer care every day. Finally, after four days, they registered my complaint. Seven days later, they resolved my query and initiated a return pickup. However, the return pickup failed twice before the product was finally collected two days later.

Now, on December 28, 2024, I called customer care again, and they informed me that it might take another 10 working days to process my refund.

This means that from December 15 (the day I raised the complaint) to December 28, 13 days have already passed. Adding 10 more working days for the refund makes the entire process unnecessarily long and frustrating.

How can a customer purchase another product if they urgently need it, while waiting for such an extended resolution? This experience has been extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against shopping on Tata Luxury online.

Truly a disappointing platform!

There’s literally no accountability from the Tata team - whether it’s the Tata Cliq, Tata Cliq Luxury of Tata Palette app. They are truly down in ruins. One, you can’t reach them on email. Two, a ticket number is never assigned to follow up. Three, every time you call them a new person answers who has no idea about your ongoing issue.
I’ve been waiting for a call back regarding my order on the Luxury app for over a month now. I have screenshots of explaining the problem to the customer care over calls multiple times.
I’ve literally given up and deleted all the apps. It’s futile and I’d rather shop from a platform that takes some sort of ownership for their customers. From a frequent to a never shopper!

Worst

One of the worst apps ever. The response is horrible unless and until you right to them and call them a million times.
1. I order a bag worth 5k( which was paid for ) , they send me something worth 1k and I immediately return saying it’s a wrong product .
The very next day they send someone to pick it up and they don’t send a confirmation message saying it was picked up . So now it’s your fault they say . They say that I never returned the product and they haven’t recieved it and try sending other e commerce partners to pick up the same product that was already picked up.
If you want something from this brand get it in cod and check it when the delivery guy is there itself . Such a pain and terrible experience . Loosing so much money and time and mental peace over it .

Lack of Landscape Mode Support on iPad

I’m really disappointed wit a such app Tata cliq luxury who behaving like a fake websites I ordered a fila shoes dy sent me completely different size look n cheaper shoe mine is expensive after I want to return it bt delivery boy refused to take d shoes because it’s different even I show d picture Wn I received d wrong product again I complained to d app Dr is no good service in help centre Dy said u cn return again I did again d same problem delivery boy refused to take if he take Dn his salary gonna cut for taking wrong product after so many days I got call from app they said vl refund ur money in 3 4 business days Bt it’s been a months Dr is nothing msg return refund nothing I really loved cliq I always buying expensive stuff from cliq bcz it’s trut worthy other apps btr Dn u Atleast dy respond quick I’m not gonna buy anything from d app nw even tell my family n friends about d fraud it’s just a name not a quality or brand so I recommend no for Tata cliq luxury 👎🏻

Response time is worse

This is the worst e-commerce app I have used so far. Response time to open a product through link is so bad that I tried 5-6 times across multiple days, could not open up products even after waiting 5 min. Filter’s don’t work, even after adding Men filter, both women and men products show up. Price filter looks like checkbox (which ideally is correct) but works as radio buttons. The sequence of price filters is not sorted. You cannot wish list any product which is very basic and I could find so many faults in the basic UI! Please work toward app optimisation and features if you don’t want to loose revenue because of frustrated customers. Ideally a luxury app should have much better response time as people buying such products don’t have time to waste.

Big disappointment

I ordered a lamp and it arrived broken, the packaging was not good considering the fact that it’s a delicate piece , I initiated a return request the same moment I got the package but it was refused by the delivery company the next day due to quality check issues they asked me to contact the customer service , I tried reaching out to the team but they didn’t respond back, and when they finally did they weren’t helpful, I emailed them addressing the issue, I emailed them photos and stuff they told me to wait for another 24/48 hrs but they still haven’t responded and it’s been 2 days I’m looking crazy out here. First things first If I bought it from a store and something happened to the product I wouldn’t even bother returning but that’s not the case here it’s not my responsibility that it arrived damaged, it’s made of “GLASS” not plastic y’all should know that, I didn’t get the product free of cost, I paid for it and I deserve to be compensated it’s simple as that.

Extremely Unethical & Horrible Shopping Experience!

I had made an expensive purchase of Steve Madden Heels Size 5 from Tata cliq and the product delivered to me was a Size 4! When I raised a complaint regarding it, I cooperated politely with them with everything they asked like photos/ videos etc and in the end when they didn’t find any reason to accept their mistake, they TWISTED THE WHOLE STORY and said that they had delivered the right product and rather CHARGED ME OF INTERCHANGING THE STEVE MADDEN WITH A SIZE 4!! Just the Audacity! I even asked if they had any evidence to back their “supposedly false accusations” but of course … they had None! I even had to raise a complaint regarding this fraud on the National Consumer Helpline. To get to the bottom of it, I even talked to the Official Bluedart Courier and & they confirmed that the Waybill number of product delivered to me and the product shown on the app (my original purchase) were different! And that my original parcel had been returned to Official Steve Madden in Mumbai to their request! Whether this mistake was made from the mismanagement in the supply chain or anything else, I had an extremely horrible experience with them! Would’ve been better if I had purchased it directly from AJIO or Official Steve Madden website..

Worst Seller and Services TATAcliq luxury

I Dr. Z. H. Choudhury, have purchased a TISSOT watch, which cost almost 80k. within 6 months watch had a problem. I have complained and asked for a replacement but just they pretended to be doing something, after a long 2 months wait they replied replacement not possible only services can be done. I went authorised service centre, and once they saw TATACLQ they denied it. Same matter I informed to customer service and they again pretended to be doing it. After 10 days replied in the mail - you have visited an unauthorized service center and we won't accept your request. Such a fraud customer service I have ever seen. I lost huge money, fraud seller TATACLIQ. Don't buy from this website, they are cheaters. They will waste your time and finally neglect you by putting trouble. They are liers. Don’t install the software and don’t be trapped.

A weird and hopefully solvable problem

I’ve noticed a feature that is very uncomfortable and uneasy for the shopper in the app. When I select a product and add to cart, I’m given the option to shop more or go pay for the cart, yes? Now if I select shop more then the app takes me back to the Home Screen and not the shopping screen with my product preference and filters in place. So, I have to go to my product page and add filters everytime I add a product to the cart. And this is very repetitive, pointless and looks easily avoidable. Please create an option where the app takes you back to the product page with your filters in place when you select shop more. It’s unnecessary extra effort for each extra product I might want to add to the bag. Right now this set of commands make me feel like I should shop for only one product because going for a second and third one is so inconvenient.

Beware !! Tata CLiQ Luxury into Theft & Crime

The team is into crime activities so do not order from this website. Tata CLiQ luxury has striped me off my refund of 24,000 - as they received wrong product, although I returned the correct one in original conditions. There has been no investigation from past 22 days !! Tata CLiQ mentions that I returned wrong product when I actually returned the products in original condition in the same box in which delivery came. They are not even sharing the proofs for the claim they are making !!!! They are not ready to cross question the seller regarding the same. They have the worst customer service and feedback which is mentally harassing us! I am paying for someone’s theft and their poor operations ! They have zero value to consumer and their money and cannot provide proof for any of their operations activity
