Do not waste your time on this app
Horrible app, was unable to call a ride after multiple times of trying. When we finally got assigned a driver (with a license plate and phone number), we waited over 30 minutes and they never showed. We tried calling the number they provided, and shocker the number wasn’t in use. total waste of time. This app is a scam. DO NOT USE.

They’ll cancel on you
I pre booked a day ahead of time for my elderly parents, one of which is disabled. They canceled 5 minutes before it was supposed to arrive.

Confirmed ride to airport, driver assigned with car and license plate. Never showed up, phone line disconnected- do not waste your time with this app

Hello. I cannot save my profile. I entered the phone verification code but app is still asking for my phone number verification. It will not save my profile.

Unprofessional and poor
I tried to book a trip, and the respective drivers each cancelled. When one did eventually come, they refused to pick me up from where I had stated on the app, telling me they couldn’t stop there when they could. When they finally arrived, they had picked up 3 other people, who were going to a different destination (I had pre-booked the taxi on this app with a fixed fare). This is completely unprofessional, and I would never use this joke of a company again.

Very poor service
Spent over 20 minutes trying to get this app to secure me a cab in Barcelona.
Multiple drivers cancelled on me, or the app was totally unable to get me a cab. I’ve given up trying.

Good for tourists
We used while traveling to Barcelona. Liked it very much - drivers are nice & supportive. They do not speak much English, but still communication skills are spectacular. Normal prices - you see the cost while ordering the ride. Definitely good taxi to use

Useless
This app is useless! You put in your pickup and drop off points then cabbies decide if it’s worth their time. I tried to use this for 8 separate trips , and each time was notified my request was cancelled. It shows you cabbies being reached out to and their location ..... but nobody wants to stray from the core of the city. If you have this app DELETE IT !

Useless App
We tried to use this app in Barcelona, but our driver didn’t show. We then tried to call the number in the app, which has been disconnected. The app has no real-time status map, which makes no sense for a taxi app.
