J’ai mis par accident 1 étoile quand j’ai voulais en mettre 5, j’ai contacté Taxi Coop et la personne semblait le dire que modifier le commentaire/le nombre d’étoiles n’est pas possible. Un chauffeur/service 6 étoiles… 😫

Steaming pile of crap
Two days in a row no taxi came and late for work, today customer service won’t even answer phone. Completely non-functional crap.
Impossible commander un taxi avec ça
Ils présentent une application « prête à utiliser » mais quand on s’apprête à sélectionner son adresse, cette application ne laisse rien faire.
Il semble qu’il faut s’inscrire pour l’utiliser. Je vous suggère donc ne rien montrer aux utilisateurs avant de s’enregistrer. C’est une mauvaise expérience utilisateur, surtout pour ceux qui voulons aider nos conducteurs de taxi.

Minimum or nothing
This is by far the most unreliable app ever, to get 15% off you need to have a receipt of 13$ or more, and what’s amazing is that your driver that’s coming to get you will cancel the order just because the estimated amount of money for the trip would give them under 13$ so they cancel it, twice canceled on me, i thought they needed money since covid is tough on everyone, not cherry pick their clients, PATHETIC

This app made me switch to uber
Too long to connect with drivers (I gave up after 10 minutes). Its so frustrating that even though I hate ubers, I gave up.
Minimum 13$!?
Tous mes trajets avec vous étaient de 12$ et moins...votre nouvelle règle (non communiquée) de trajets de 13$ ou plus pour avoir le rabais m’amène à supprimer l’app. Salut Uber!
Nice app, no car!
No car available, no estimates, nothing... just a meaningless spinning wheel with no info as if the system is loading. Worthless. Took the subway instead
No respect for the customers period
Take a life to accept the ride but cancel when they’re on the way and take another life to get a taxi and when u call them they said pretend they’re not in the same world I’m over it period get your shh together before making a app !
Disappointing app - Horrible customer service
Forget about getting a cab during rush hour or if you are in a hurry. The app takes so long to match you with a driver, will auto cancel your ride request after a while and it has happened more than once that it will cancel the ride right after matching you with a driver. If you ever need help and need to call in, prepare yourself!
Their customer service staff are beyond rude and insulting, I’ve honestly never have experienced such bad service. Such a shame though as the actually drivers are mostly nice and cars are cleaner than most taxis in Montreal.

Meh
Takes WAY TOO LONG for a car to accept order. Often up to 20 min. When you specify something drivers never see it because it isn’t clear. The 15% rebate is cool, but much work needs to be done on this app.
Don’t bother downloading
They never came we waited an hour and a half, there is no locator to see where they are and I wouldn’t bother downloading this, use another ride hailing company instead.
App always changes pickup/dropoff address
I’ve had this happen to me multiple times where I put in my pickup and dropoff address, and the app somehow changes the address around and then the taxi driver drives to the wrong location. App is full of bugs
Worst
It’s been 30min I’m waiting for a cab, is it normal ? No I’m living on the plateau, I see a lot of taxi coop passing in front of me but no one accept my drive on the app ? You got one job to do 😩
Very hard to get a taxi
Each time I tried to order a taxi, I would have to wait several minutes (and sometimes never get a confirmation), even when being in the Plateau or downtown out of rush hours.

Je n’arrive pas à changer le numéro de téléphone après inscription. Est-ce normal?
Drivers decline your taxi requests
App gives 15% discount therefore taxi drivers don’t want your business. Very unreliable service, Never able to get a cab. Go uber.
Lousy service and app
I used the app three times in Montreal because we got taxi vouchers from my conference. I remember why I use Uber. The first time went fine. The second time, I waited 15 minutes for a taxi to even acknowledge the request for a call. The driver then missed the exit on the highway to pick us up and then couldn’t find our hotel (despite me providing the address in the app). The final time, the cab never did acknowledge the request to pick up at a major hospital downtown, and then took >25 minutes to arrive. Horrible service!
