Poor service
When you order for the big bus. It never comes. There’s no update. It takes forever to order a bus on the App. Hopefully they improve or acquire more larger cars

Useful app when getting a taxi in Stockholm
One thing needs to be fixed
Overall a nice and convenient app but there is one annoying feature that needs to be fixed. Imagine you are to fly to Stockholm from a different time zone and want to prebook a taxi on arrival. The app asks you for the landing time. You check your flight booking, which always gives you the local time, and enter it in the app. The app however thinks you are entering the local time of where you are at the moment and automatically converts it to Swedish time. So if, for example, you are booking from the UK it will add an hour to the time you entered. If you don’t notice that nobody will be waiting for you on arrival.

EXCELLENT taxi service!
I prebooked my car to get from the airport to my hotel. The driver was waiting with my name on a sign. The car was VERY nice and clean! The company’s app is also very user friendly and I highly recommend it. All in all, a GREAT taxi company to use!
Corrupt Service
If you pre book a taxi for a specific time, and you arrive at that specific time you might still have to pay extra. If the taxi arrives before your booked time, you have to pay extra waiting time. This is outrageous! Taxi Stockholm is the only company that I know of that does this and I will never use them again. Charging me extra when I am late is when one thing, but charging extra when I am not late, or even early is a scam.
At first I thought this was actually a mistake, but complaining to customer service, they said this is their policy. Essentially what they said is that we make sure we are time (great) and you will pay extra for this (bad!). Stay away.

SMS broken
Update broke the app, SMS verification code is never sent which is required to use anything
Registration is broken for non Swedish phone numbers
It used to be a good app but the registration flow for non Swedish phone number is broken. No registration code is sent. Without it, you cannot register and order a taxi. It’s a pity but at least Uber’s registration is working.
Sign in doesn’t work
Can’t sign in or use the app, 2FA text message is never received
SMS login broken for international users
I used to use the Taxi Sthlm app whenever I’m in Sweden, but since the switch to SMS-based 2fa, the app is broken. It appears the passcode texts don’t work with international (US in my case) phone numbers. App claims to send texts, but i never receive them, and there are seemingly no workarounds.
First time in Stockholm
Great to be able to book a taxi via this app before leaving the uk. Was like having a private car waiting - a helpful and friendly driver with my name on a card - perfect!

Good service
First time in Stockholm, have used this Company three times and have had no problem. The service has been good and even when we went to the wrong address through a genuine mistake the driver stopped the meter. Will be coming to Stockholm frequently and have downloaded the App.
Not worth the premium
Drivers can be useless when you are a passenger, and they are downright aggressive when you are a pedestrian in town - possibly a benefit when you are on board but socially contemptible.
Major disappointment
This used to be a great app, but after the upgrade is far too complicated and impractical. Back to calling for a cab again!
