The app is not working
No driver with hefty cancellation fee
I booked a pre-scheduled trip. Five mins pass the schedule, no one showed up. Called and texted the driver. No answer. I cancelled the trip and got charge £9!!!! For nothing. Never again. Stick with Freenow, Uber and Bolt!
Terrible app
I used to recommend this app to customers but now wouldn’t as it’s impossible to get a job. The app has been updated for the worst. It used to work quite well but now is shockingly bad.
Black Cabs Only
Honestly the app is going in the right direction - big increases in driver numbers and work coming in even in Jan and Feb - good morale and momentum - black cabs only and always zero percent commission
Time to take back our work
Have been on this app since its incarnation and now it has never been busier. More passengers will return if more drivers get on it. Then we can say goodbye to the other apps that are charging extortionate fees in commission. Come on London cabbies. Pulling together we can be in control of our future.
