Why is it when I put my number in it’s saying it’s invalid huh?? Weird I’ve had that number for yearssssssss may you should fix it

Good app please bring back hail feature. I can’t stand a couple of drivers plus my dad need WC van or Prius V which I could choose from the map. Please I loved that feature. Thanks.
Worst app EVER
When you book a ride there is no way for the driver to contact you to ensure they are at the correct pick up location and support isn’t a thing at all.

i requested a driver with a card reader. the app did not reflect that in my order the company wasn’t helpful. the guy told me so what are we gonna do. i kept going on about the card reader. and they just said i will double charge you the next ride. and i was told its rare for someone to have a card reader. that’s bad on the company. sending taxis without a card reader when it was specifically requested in the app.

Worst app
If I could give this app zero stars I would this was the worst app I’ve ever used I got threatened by the taxi driver the app has many problems. It worked at first but stopped working after a while😡😡😡
Bait and switch pricing - do not use!!
Used this to get a cab in Vancouver from Canada Place to the airport. I inputted 6 people and requested a larger car and noted that we had 4 adults and 2 kids. The estimated cost was “estimated” 33 CAD. When my driver got in touch, he said it was actually flat rate 41 CAD. Fine. Then when I went to pay he said it was another 10 CAD for the extra people and all the bags. And he also mentioned that because I used the app to hire him, it was more expensive (hence the extra 10CAD) than waving a cab down. So deceptive! Better off to use UBER or LYFT than using this app which is promoted on Vancouver taxis.

Booking issue
I pre-booked a taxi through this app. 5 mins before arranged time, they just cancelled my booking. I booked another taxi as asap by using this app again. However, the previous booking hadn’t been cancelled on a taxi driver side. Because of that it became double booking. This app also sent me cancellation notice when the 2nd driver arrived at my apartment. Based on this, it seems that cancellation notification is actually sign that a taxi driver arrived…

Service is awful. It’s very hard to find a car sometimes. Even if you get a car, 4 times out pf 10, It doesn’t go your way.
Only positive thing about it is price, it’s cheap.

Completely useless!
Tells you a taxi is booked, but when the time comes nothing shows up and you are stranded. No info as to if any taxis are in their way or if they have even got the order! Avoid!

Despite booking confirmation, taxi did not show up. At the booking time, the app started searching for drivers unsuccessfully

Just for 5 minutes you charged me 18 dollars without hesitation and there is only the driver who can see the price. While I usually pay $8 for this course. This is my first and last experience with you.
