All on time, good service
The driver Meedan was excellent and had a very nice car, I was lucky enough to get him in both directions. Norfolk to LHR, all was great.
Convenient, reliable, and great driver
We booked a trip from Tower Bridge to Heathrow on Christmas Day when little else was available. The driver was on time and was available by phone to help us find him due to our confusion about the pick up spot. The ride was comfortable with a great view and great conversation. I will definitely use the app again when I travel.

Wish I’d read the reviews earlier, but I had exactly the same experience as many other reviewers. Booked and took payment, even stating it was confirmed and then cancelled last minute leaving me without transport and no refund.

I managed to drop my phone in the cab and didn’t realize until he drove off. Almost immediately used my wife’s phone to call mine. Took a minute but he answered and volunteered that he’d return it shortly. Had it back in less than five minutes. KUDOS for such excellent service. ”

Would never use again
Would never use again. Paid a small fortune to get the family collected from a wedding. Nobody turned up, nobody answered the phone and we were left stranded miles from anywhere at midnight. No explanation given, just a promise to refund the payment.

Reliable service
I’ve booked around a dozen trips using Taxicode for airport/station drop off and pick up and they’ve always been super reliable and got me where I needed to go. App easy to use as well.
Do not use this app
At no point during the booking process do they tell you there is a cancellation fee - and it is punitive.
My booking wasn’t confirmed and their site told me there was a problem. It let me cancel without any notice of cancellation fee.
They are refusing to refund and I am hundreds out of pocket.
All they do in response to support is quote their terms and conditions.
Sharp practices, be wary.

Cancelled last minute
I was very disappointed with the service from this app. I was told my return trip was confirmed to and from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium the day of my trip. The trip to was perfect but coming back they cancelled my trip about an hour before we were to be picked up causing me a lot of stress since this ride was pre planned In advance for my group of 6. We had to figure out a way home which was a total nightmare. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone

Total scam. They take your payment but don’t send a taxi & only let you know they can’t fulfil the contract when it’s too late. Avoid at all costs!

Fab Company
The app / website are both very easy to use. The company checked my journey before travel which I found useful. Pick up was 10 mins late but this was due to traffic & driver did try to let me know. I would recommend and would use again.

Excellent Service
Our driver was on time, he called me and gave information of his location and his car. He was polite, friendly and helpful. We experienced lots of traffic and had a train to catch so he kept us informed about the traffic and took shortcuts to get us to the station on time.
