Worthless
App is worthless. Only 2 pages are available and each page only shows headers with no content (no account info is shown.) Completely useless. Mobile website is only slightly better. Their desktop browser is really the only option and it’s still limited.

This app is horrible. No information comes up, just blank. What is the point of having an app if it doesn’t work? The only option is to call them and if you aren’t the primary on the account then they won’t speak to you without a form on file saying they can even with a verbal okay from a previous call stating it was okay from here on. What a waste of time…put some time and effort into the app and FIX IT!!!

Doesn’t work
What is the point of forcing us to use the app when it doesn’t even work?
Was always buggy, now doesn’t work at all.
The app was never great but could be used for submitting claims and checking balances. Now neither of those functions work, making it completely useless.
Can’t make a claim
Completely non-functional on my iPhone to submit a claim. Can’t choose account for reimbursement because only half a box/icon shows up, so unable to proceed. Been like this at least a month!
Glitchy Mess
The app has been blank for weeks, not showing how much my balances are. For an app so simple, you’d think the one thing it’s intended for would be functional. Employ more software developers to keep this clunker going, for crying out loud!
Worst app ever
I wish I could give this app a zero. App never works. Doesn’t show my account balance. Doesn’t allow me to upload receipts. This app is trash.

The app does not allow you to enter the account type. Without this you cannot submit a claim. Please fix this bug!

Horrible and horrible company, app is alway blank, and if you go online on your phone the pdfs are nothing but numbers and symbols after this year I am done with them will pay taxes over this nightmare

Very inconsistent company and communications.
I’ve had several purchases be approved, and several purchases for the same items declined. Now the company has suspended my account without warning. Although companies advertise this as a benefit, it’s a scam of a company.

Doesn’t appear to be a fully functioning app. Overview/Account Balance screen is blank. Claims screen does appear but I haven’t tried to use it yet.

i download this app for hsa since it has the company name. they take my name and social and have me log into an hra that has 2k in it but nothing on the app works?? i just gave my information to a fake. this app needs to be removed
App shows nothing
When I login it just shows the header with no account information. Save yourself time and just save the webpage to the Home Screen.
