The revamp is a good change, seems like they are listening to customers and making changes albeit with a new name for app

Keeps throwing me out of the application since a few days saying they are working in the app when I need to urgently transfer money in a foreign country
Frequent server down problem
How and when are you planning to address the frequent server down issue? This results in no cash availabilty in foreign country which is unfortunate situation considering that this is a prepaid card.
I personally will never recommend this FOREX card to anyone unless the server issue is addressed.

Received the new One currently card and installed fxnow app and try to login through mobile and email both options, but not successful. Need to use bordelessprepaid.com website only to the card details.

Firstly the registration for a new card doesn’t even work, which is the sole purpose of the app. The app crashes as soon as you submit registration
Card expiration month and year field is joke - if I select March , the month appears as 02. Is the quality bar that low? Middle school kids create better apps these days. Regret buying this card, as the card was declined for no reason too at point of sale while I was on an international trip, which again is the sole purpose of the card.
Cannot reach customer care because the number doesn’t exist. App doesn’t work. I can’t make purchases, so looks like I have no other choice to buy to let go of thousands of rupees that I spent loading this card up. Would give a -100 star review if AppStored permits. Shame on the company Thomas Cook, shame on the Product FXNow.
