Don’t Like It
The app decided not to like the user name anymore. Changing it has become impossible. I will have to go into the branch, wait an hour for one of the people and tell them about the problem. Then, with their help, I can establish a connection to my account. The security company you hired sucks. Should he’s read the reviews on them before signing a contract.

More straightforward than previous versions
I find this easier to use than it used to be, and quite intuitive.
Easy to use online banking
We live out of state and are still able to complete virtually all banking needs with the app including deposits, transfers, and bill pay.

Nothing good about this app, and I have other apps for other banks. This one is the worst!

I like the TDECU APP, but it makes me jump through too many verification hoops. It doesn’t matter weather I’m using my tablet or my smartphone, I’ve got to verify who I am. APPs are suppose to make things mobile. Unless I’m doing something wrong….

The app works great and is easy to navigate. I can do all of my online banking without ever booting up my pc.

I have been with TDECU for over 20 years. They have continued to improve their app as times change.
For anyone concerned about overdraft fees, as long as you have the money in savings, TDECU will take the money from savings to cover your checking overdraft with no fees.
Adding an outside account is now easy peasy. Paying bills, easy peasy.

Do not like auto logos when I am still processing stuff ! Also the code needs to be apparent on screen rather than having to open it up to at least save time
New and Improve
I like the new and improved TDECU app. I can check my bank account, pay bills and transfer money without any hassle any time of the day.
App feels unusable
I appreciate the effort to secure client accounts, but a short time-out window coupled with incessant secondary verification makes the app (and website) feel unusable. Please find a better solution. For example, allow users to view their accounts and documents with a password and require identity verification only for significant action such as transfers, withdrawals, deposits, or changing account settings. Rather than repeatedly requiring a new access code every 15 minutes when simply reviewing transaction history and account statements.
