Login Issues
I have had trouble logging in to the app for the past seems like 2 years. I lost count of how many times it asks me to setup faceID, then even with faceID set up it still makes you login and even then when filling the password and username in it asks you to save it every time.

Joined and opened new accounts May 2026. Simple easy process, all questions answered. Helpful when I had trouble making my online account.

The app has lost the logon reliability over the last couple years , I understand the significance of having a strong security presence but it seems to be more restrictive than in the past.
A pain
This app is horrible. You have to get re-verified every single time you use it. I get security, but this is too much. I don’t want to have to get a phone call to get a code EVERY time I try to use the app.

Convenient, time saver and easy to use. The feature that I like is being able to turn the card on/off.
