Worst Bank App
I use about 8 different bank apps for the credit cards I use for various purchases. I use TDECU for the Bucees card and man, this app is so slow and very inconvenient. Compared to other apps, I dread having to use this one. Constant sign in issues, slow loading, doesn’t autofill the amount you want to pay off a balance. They need to revamp.

The app lags so much that it takes me three attempts just to log in! This whole bank’s technology is outdated, looking for a new one!

Dumb Blanks
They removed the review after updating the app and making it difficult for us to log into my account again!!! They took away passcode how dumb they won’t allow us to chose how we want to log in again most days!!! Need to go through more steps again!!!

Functional, not the best.
This app is functional, but isn’t the best banking app out there. It doesn’t save your password, can enable Face ID login and is slow at many times. Often down for repairs or maintenance.

I have been with TDECU for a long while and I can’t imagine banking with any other bank/credit union or any other financial institution. I have recommended TDECU to my family and friends and have succeeded getting many to follow my decision to go and stay with TDECU. The app is a BONUS! I can always have my account questions answered at my fingertips. My favorite option is the mobile banking! Seamless banking at my fingertips for every need I have. Hands down the BEST financial decision I’ve ever made was putting my money and money trust in TDECU. Thank you, Ronda Hartman

Annoying MFA
MFA only supports a voice call and requires it on every login. I’ve called support and they indicate no changes to this login model are coming.
When this loan is paid off I’ll probably close my other TDECU accounts.

TDECU APP
Worst banking/credit union app I have ever used. Nothing is up to date on my payments, this is on the web access also. I’ve tried to use it to pay my loan but I had to go in to a TDECU office to make sure it gets paid. My only proof is my receipt. I doubt I’ll be using it anymore.
