Training program’s inaccessible

In the last month I have had to remove the app and re-add it to get my training regime. Today I have done it twice and I still am not able to access my programs this is ridiculous. Unless something changes I believe I may have to get a new program tracker.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear you're running into this. We'd like to take a closer look at your athlete profile to see what's causing the issue. When you get a chance, please reach out to us at support@teambuildr.com, and our team will be happy to investigate and help get this resolved.

Login issue

I’ve used this app for years and now I can’t log in anymore m, I’ve tried resetting my password but it doesn’t work

This app sucks

Never use this app

Apple Watch integration

Apple Watch data is off when syncing. Reached out and they deleted all the data.

Ehhh

The app ok but is not coach friendly. The workout should just pop up. Let’s not get started on the messaging inside app.

Creepy and bad app

I am in highschool and 2/4 gym teachers are creepy and I have caught looking at students inappropriately, and basically we need to record ourselves doing workouts and send them to the teachers , and some of these workouts look very inappropriate and are wierd, and ya really good to know we’re sending these to middle aged adults, wich they have access to anytime they want, this is downright creepy, and oh yea the app is completely buggy and glitches a lot, there’s a few fake reviews on here lol, and not just me it’s buggy for, my whole class

We take feedback like this very seriously. The safety and privacy of athletes using our platform is extremely important to us. TeamBuildr does not require video submissions, and any content sharing is fully controlled by the organization and its coaches. That said, we understand how this experience could feel concerning based on how it’s being used. We’d really like to look into this further and ensure everything is being used appropriately. Please reach out to us at support@teambuildr.com so we can investigate and help you directly.

It works, could see some improvements.

I use this for high school sports, and it gets the job done, and it helps me. The biggest problem is that I had it log me out, make it a struggle to get back in. Thankfully I eventually got it. Another problem is that it does not work well when off WiFi, but thankfully I usually lift with WiFi. Otherwise the app is good and very helpful.

Bugsbugsbugs

They keep adding “features” (adding unnecessary steps that slow down workflow) and not fixing bugs. Hardly usable most if the time

Horrible

Pretty bad UI. Doesn’t sync to my Garmin workouts even after multiple attempts pairing and unpairing my watch. When manually inputting my workout, searching for each individual workout name is excruciating. It doesn’t even have basic exercises like leg extensions. Can’t input cardio. Can’t create your own plan to copy and paste your split into a new day.

Hi there — I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. We’d love the chance to take a closer look at what’s going on with your Garmin sync and help improve your setup overall. Since app reviews don’t show us account details, could you please reach out to our support team directly at support@teambuildr.com with the email tied to your account? From there, we can investigate the syncing issue and walk through options for workouts, cardio tracking, and exercise setup. We appreciate you flagging this — your feedback helps us make the product better, and we’d really like the opportunity to help get things working smoothly for you. — Amanda, TeamBuildr Support

Won’t load

I tried everything like updating the app updating my phone restarting my phone. NOTHING WORKED! Very frustrating app.

Bruh

Haven’t even had the chance to use it before it logged me out. When I clicked the forgot password button and put my email in, nothing happened absolutely NOTHING!!!

Buggy and Slow

The app is very slow and has tons of bugs. Searching for replacement exercises is terrible. The search function literally doesn’t work most of the time. API calls also rarely work especially when replacing exercises or adding notes.

Good app

Very annoying

Unfortunately, my gym uses this app. I can never log into it it just spirals round and round and round. The only way I can login is to reset my password which I have to do every time I go to the gym. Eventually, I get so frustrated. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. It doesn’t seem possible to update it. Without deleting it and reinstalling it it used to work really well and I had no problems with it for months but now every week is a nightmare.

Bug

I’m getting an error code that I don’t have network connection while connected to strong wifi or data after a minute of being on the app. I have to swipe out of the app and re-enter each time I want to record something, otherwise anything I write gets lost. Has been a problem for 1 week on various different wifi connections.

Recent upgrade unuseable

Since the update in Oct/Nov 2025 the app is not functional. It stays permanently in offline mode despite having wifi and mobile data enabled and offline mode turned off in the app. Further, displaying the single date rather than seven dots in the top row means more steps to find workouts on other days (my coach sets a workout for Wednesday knowing I may have to schedule it for Tues/Weds/Thurs). Now the full calendar view also doesn’t work either so I can’t tap on workouts from last week to see details of past workouts. iPhone 13 mini on iOS 26. YMMV.

Terrible UI

I’m not sure if any UI testing was conducted before the recent update was launched but the user experience is now even worse than it was before the update. I can’t set my timezone so the app always thinks the that today is yesterday. The UI change to make the workout list collapse into categories is unnecessary, makes me click more than I need to, and the transition to collapse on page load is laggy so the whole experience is jolty. You can’t use a timer and continue to navigate around the app which seems like a massive oversight.

All in all, this is not a great app to use and if it were up to me (instead of my PT) I wouldn’t be using it.

UI

New UI as of Nov 2025 is awful

Awful User Experience

Always says I have no internet access when I clearly do.

Broken

How is it possible that I entered a whole set and it was completely deleted. Shockingly bad!
