The app that does nothing, amazingly crap
Waste of time
Don’t bother downloading this app I had it and I tried to chat with support due to an internet issue I had and I still couldn’t reach anyone so I just went directly to the Fios app under support and troubled shoot the router on my own still didn’t work so I just gave up. Finally I unplugged the routers and from the wall too and waited a few minutes and plugged everything back on and it finally worked. My bill is so outstanding expensive and I can’t even get anyone to help me figure this stupid internet out.

Useless extra customer support.
Used for Verizon Fios customer support as directed online. Took forever to get a representative (actually got one on the phone faster than chat) and it’s was clear they hadn’t even read my question when they did answer. It was a waste of time to download, don’t bother. Just call regular customer service or use the chat built into MY FIOS app instead. Highly disappointed, would give 0 stars if possible.
