Ease and Convenience
I’m definitely a verbal processor and being able to keep journal my thoughts by simply record them in the app is a game changer. I love that it transcribes the recordings which is helpful for quick, easy reference. And I find the insights extremely helpful for self-reflection and recognizing patterns or places I’m stuck. I also like that you can create different spaces and am looking forward to trying out different ways to use the app. Highly recommend!

Has really been beneficial
Been using this to both journal and to motivate myself to get through walls that need breaking through. Very user friendly as well.
Function AND Form
Wow! This app is so clean and well organized. It’s calming just to open it, like walking into a tidy office. I immediately feel supported.
The platform is intuitive, and having the various spaces to arrange my sessions is so smart.
I love that I can easily compile and share my thoughts from the week with my therapist when I see them, rather than searching through my notes app for relevant info to share.

So simple, so powerful!
Tellit! has transformed how I journal and relate to myself. Such a simple concept, but delivered so easily and beautifully. In just a few weeks, I now don't know how I lived without it. If traditional journaling has never quite done it for you and you're more of a verbal processor, you have to try Tellit!

Finally - organize and make sense of my thoughts
Being able to have a review and consolidation of my therapy sessions and random musings throughout the day has made such a huge impact. I love being able to have different spaces for different types of notes. And to get a compact summary really helps trying to better communicate my needs to others or just make sense of the world around me. Not that this would ever replace therapy, but it is certainly a tool that makes any type of self-work, much easier.
