I love this app it’s so supportive but could u please make the digest count higher I mean 350 can be too small if u have something big to gat off ur chest up it to 500 or 650 would be great but over all the best app for depression, ADHD,OCD fantastic highly recommend

OK so I haven't even been on this app for 10 minutes, and I'm already wanting to close my account, the accessibility and VoiceOver compatibility with this app is awful. And that's all I can say really because I have not been on here for a very long
Highly recommend but have some suggestions
This is a really good app. It’s really helped me with family issues and disorders that I have been suffering from. I highly recommend.
However there are a few things that I hope the makers of this app will look into to improve this app better. Such as changing the word count from 350 to something higher like 500 or 600. I understand in the app, it tells us the reason for it being 350 is to make sure with focus on the main bits of our post, but sometimes even if we’re just focusing on the main bits, we still run out of room. Another thing I’d like to add is the option to follow people or at least be able to click on their profile to see their previous posts. I like to connect to people on this app and I think it would be great to follow them or see their previous posts!

The counsellors are horrible to me and they punish neurodivergence.
This is teh best app
At first I did not trust this app at all, but after a while I started to notice that when ever I posted I started to feel a little better, if u struggle with mental health pls try this app I hope it works as well as it did for me

I reported someone’s post which said they wanted to “spank” someone who offended them, and a Tellmi counsellor told me the post wasn’t against the guidelines and kept it live!
Horrible
Their website says they are a safe inclusive place for autistic people but they punished and banned me for two weeks for my c-PTSD and autistic meltdowns I’m so upset. They also let someone call me irritating and not normal for liking women’s football and it made me cry and triggered my c-PTSD loads and when I asked the moderators on the app why they let someone say rude offensive things to me they ignored me :’(

i heard brilliant reviews from this app and was even recommended it by a teacher but was suprised when i could not get pass the login stage i put in my number and then had to do check on whether i was a robot i did the questions and then had to do it again ive been doing the same questions for 10 minutes even though i am not a robot then the app blocked me from trying again. furious

You can post a vent or rant and everything is anonymous and people reply and help you! You can even help others and also block out triggering topics for you!

Terrible
This app is a joke. I had several posts withheld for expressing my emotions. I don’t understand how you expect people to be supported if they aren’t allowed to say how they feel. Wouldn’t recommend at all unless you want to be ignored.

Hi there, Tellmi is a peer support platform and therefore, there are some topics that will come through to tellmi counsellors rather than going through to the community as it wouldn’t be safe for them to support with. We do this so that you can get a quick response from our in house team :)

Tellmi is absolutely phenomenal, it has helped me so much as an anonymous outlet for my deepest feelings and throughs that I wouldn’t share otherwise.
The users are incredibly kind and insightful, and it’s great that we can advise each other will provide a different outlook anonymously.
I recommend it to all of my friends IRL.
