Nicht installieren!
Nachdem ich die App im Urlaub installiert habe und mit Paypal verbunden habe wurde ich gehackt und es wurden Parkgebühren über Paypal abgebucht die ich nicht autorisiert habe.
Telpark war nicht kulant obwohl ich bewiesen habe ich den Parkplatz nicht genutzt habe!

Hallo, ich kann Ihre Frustration voll und ganz verstehen. Leider muss das Kennzeichen von Mietfahrzeugen vor der Rückgabe aus der App entfernt werden. Beste Grüße Ihr Telpark-Team
The app works, but support not
The app is ok, but I didn’t know that you the express entry got activated. So after I returned the rental car, I got charged for the parking of somebody else…

Remove vehicle
If you are using this app with a hired car, do not delete the app on completion. Just remove the car. This prevents future hirers using your account
False debits from my account
I am still getting my account debited for parking and I am not even in the specified country and am not using their parking facility, this is shocking

Blue parking vs Telpark
Paid at the machine, topped up with Telpark, but drove away at the end of my allotted time. However, I was charged again as if I had stayed another 4 hours ( the maximum paid period in that area) Confused!!
