Paid $55 got nothing in return. The automated help is useless, no real support. App asks for a number that they don’t even give you. Can’t make an account on the website because it requires the number they didn’t give you. -100 stars
SPAM EMAILS
Telsim sells the email address we use to sign up. After I I registered my sim card, I have been receiving tons of junk emails. Very irritating to see that a company that overcharges for phone service needs to sell our email address to fulfill their greed .
Worst experience ever
One of the worst experience ever, not even 20days and somehow I could not make any phone call, cannot send message and browse through data. When you make call, it will tell me my access to all numbers are restricted by service provider. Three days so far still no solution provided. Just do not use their service.

Customer service is rubbish, there is no free months as such. They will trap you and they won’t resolve. Dispute tribunal can only sort. I am in a process of filing a complaint against them.
Still waiting on eSIM
I ordered an eSIM from this operator but the QR code was faulty and took forever to load, and when contacted about the issue, they said they would email me another code but never did. The issue has now been escalated to the Disputes Tribunal.
