With the TELUS CHR Intake, you can: - Register new patients - Set up questionnaires for patients - View questionnaire responses directly in the patient file in the CHR - Notify clinicians when questionnaires are complete *TELUS CHR Intake is a companion application to the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (TELUS CHR).
