Frustrating app update
This app was changed for no good reason, and now I can’t properly view my CCTV cameras that are connected to my TELUS SmartHome+ system. The cameras worked before the app was changed, but the new version has made accessing them unnecessarily difficult.
Why change something that was already working? If customers have security cameras, being able to quickly view the live camera feeds should be a basic and reliable feature. TELUS needs to fix this and restore easy access to the cameras instead of making the app more complicated.

Always complicate
Awful.
Doesn’t work. Forced to use for network configuration as opposed to connect now, and it shows as offline even though it’s not.
Unacceptable Downgrade
Calling this an upgrade to the old app is laughable. Immediately realized there’s basic functionality from the old app that isn’t even accessible on this one, and they’ve made it impossible to use the old app as it’s been replaced by a message to “upgrade” to this one. People need to be fired for this, for the sole reason of releasing this as a mandatory “upgrade” without even verifying that it could - at the very least - do what the old app could. Extremely disappointing.

Want my old app back
I was forced to switch to this as the old Telus Connect no longer works, and this app won't load anything properly. It takes five minutes or more to refresh content, and I can't get in to my WiFi settings any more.
