Android Version

You can’t change ring style on Android phones. So if you have an Android phone all you will get is a single vibration with NO ringtone. NEED ANDROID VERSION TO RING WHEN CALLED!!

Customer service don’t follow thru. Ringer sound is quiet

Customer service said they would send me an email for sms and didn’t. The ringer is only ringing through the ear piece and our calls are very vital to the company to answer them.

The Telzio mobile app has been a huge help for my business. It’s super easy to use and makes managing calls and messages so much smoother, especially when I’m on the go. Features like SMS collaboration and quick access to our company directory have really kept my team connected and productive!

This app doodoo

This app doodoo and I need the world to know. Dropped calls constantly, can’t send images, clunky app. It’s actively makes my day worse when in use it.

Probably good if you are an office and just need to forward calls to different offices. Does not allow grouped communications or text conversation forwarding. No ability to track and store analytics by location or type. Lots of bugs on cell phones. Issues if you have vpn.

The worst

Honestly, this app is one of the worst I’ve ever downloaded. We use it for work and it’s a nightmare to use on anything other than a landline. Calls dropping or not even going through, do not disturb feature being completely useless, regularly crashes or won’t load at all, now suddenly all of my recordings and voicemails are inaccessible - really great problems to have when you’re using the app for work purposes. If we didn’t use this app for work, I wouldn’t even bother with it.

Worked great until latest update

It worked great, I could text & call clients without having to use my personal number. But the new update has messed up the call feature. I go to call & it never connects & freezes the app. Calls can go through the desktop version but not the app

Update Do not like.

Coming from us working from a business who uses Telzio app. I use it in my phone because I prefer the phone version more than desktop. Since the update. I can’t no longer see my own moss calls on the app. Nor if I wait to long to place the call on hold or if it’s on hold. It will make the app not clickable. If I push my side button , it will automatically hang up the calls. Which the old version did not do. Some of the new features are great. But the way the update is when it come to call logs etc doesn’t work for me nor when it automatically disconnects my calls. Or when it disconnects from my Bluetooth headphones. Not just me but other representatives here that work with me have the same or similar complaints. Please fix. I do like the company call log directory. But don’t like the function of this new version.

Useful features

I am unable to set up do not disturb during non-office hour to avoid getting call at all hours of the night. That was a useful feature that should be added back in.

I also noticed that I am unable to delete\clear recent calls.

This was a good update but still needs work.

Update

They pushed a new update and when I answer the phone now it tells me I should not have updated and can’t receive calls. Super cool as this is my work phone and I can’t receive work calls.

A big improvement!

Love that it has picture messaging and visual voicemail now, it has way more features than the last version!

Amazing upgrade!

This mobile app can do it all plus more. It can send photos, listen to call recordings, read transcriptions, and you also have the ability to assign different text messages to your other colleagues. The quality of the sound is great too. Thanks Telzio team for improving the mobile app for our business needs!

New app

The new app is great!

Super easy and works great

Poor connection and interface

There is a delay when answering calls. When speaking there is a delay so you will have conversations where both parties are speaking at the same time. I cannot see my employees phone numbers unless I sign on the website. This is the worst app. Bad for business.

Beware the override

Telzio takes over your phone. Even on do not disturb, it will interrupt/stop a video. I now delete the app anytime an important event comes up on a weekend. If I don’t, it will override your photo app or anything you’re doing. ie my son’s high school graduation video. Lost forever.
The functionality itself needs work, as well. There is a long delay when you answer a call. Many times I repeat myself and you’re not sure if they heard the first answer or if it’s in the middle of the second answer. There are also echoes and long delays in the conversation.
Lastly, the transfer or merge buttons are confusing and never really work correctly.

ok app, needs ipad version

app is ok-ish on iphone, but using the iphone version on a ipad is frustrating.

Poor value

We had Telzio in our medical practice for about a year. Besides cool call flaws and nice design we had multiple pretty significant issues including a glitch that caused us to lose about 200 clients. Telzio never took responsibility for any of it and refused to refund. Besides all this it is VERY expensive

Aweful

The caller can’t understand what I’m saying...multiple people have said that.

Texting

When will the texting feature get the fix to keep and view the group texts and responses? Major issue that will cause me to stop my service.
