Do not DL this app

I just spent over 30 mins inputting a sequence for it to freeze and not save. Like the other commenter said, this needs to be auto save.

App crashes on watch

I have tried reaching out to the devs but the app is no longer working on my watch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Updated my SW (everything is up to date), and whenever I open it, it crashes. All of my other apps are working. I am a pro member and now I can no longer use it on my watch. A few other of my coworkers have noticed it being buggy. It was great when it works.

We just released version 2.1.2, which includes even more reliable syncing for users with big routines (or a lot of routines!). Great App!

As a Lagree instructor I find this app to be the best. I don’t see the app on my Apple Watch. Does it work with only certain watch models?

Hey StelLAGREE, glad you’re enjoying TempoFlow! It does only work with certain WatchOS versions (11.0+). If your device is compatible, it’ll automatically install from the Apple App Store. If you’re having issues, please drop us a note at hello@tempoflow.app and we’ll do our best to help!

Please please please create autosave!

I love this app in general, but hate inputting my flows. 1. Without autosave, I've had to switch to another app and hop back in later only to find most of my updates gone. It feels like I'm writing a paper in 2001 again constantly having to remember to save. 2. I would love for this to sync to the app on Mac desktop so I can use that to input flows and have a the window open alongside my other notes.

Hey Danananda - thanks for sharing that feedback! For #1, the edit state should be cleaner in the new v2 update (hopefully coming next week!). We’d love to hear if that fixes the issue for you! For #2, we don’t yet have plans for a Mac app (we want to make the iPhone app the best it can be!). It’s a great idea we’ll look into. Stayed tuned for more in 2026!
