I really like the fact that I can transfer funds from one account to another and it is immediate. Great job TENCU!

Mobile Deposit
I have never had any issues until my last mobile Deposit , it was rejected and I never received any type of notification. I sent a message and have yet to receive an answer to my last question. I called in and asked to have a supervisor call me and have yet to hear back from anyone! I was never notified of any charges to your policy in regards to your mobile Deposit procedures causing issues with the last deposit. There needs to be better communication with your members! The person i last spoke with was less than pleasant to speak with … y’all need to do better!
