Best doctors ever
I love tend and their app. They are the best. So proactive and a huge team of caring people if you can’t see someone they have nurse practitioners and online clinicians. I switched month ago. Best thing I did.

Been using tend for years. Love that all my history and notes are in the app and that I can get online appointments easily.

Amazing Nurses, but App & Admin Need Work
The clinical team and nurses here are excellent—professional, kind, and helpful. This was my first time using the service, and while I’ve only met the nurse so far, she was great. 5 stars for the medical care.However, the admin and app experience was disappointing. I was incorrectly charged and actually had to provide my own proof of their funding policies just to get a refund. The admin response was blunt and lacked of any sorry for the error .Also, the app needs a ‘Confirm’ button before sending automated messages. I accidentally clicked a service while browsing and it auto-sent an X-ray request. It would be much better if there was a way to delete or recall a message sent by mistake. Great medical care, but the billing and customer service side needs significant improvement

I’ve recently started using Tend as my online doctor and I’m genuinely so impressed with the service. After many years with my family GP, I decided to enrol with Tend and it’s been an outstanding experience.
The follow-ups, prompts, and overall communication are excellent. I especially love the app - the notifications, online portal, and ease of booking make everything so simple and accessible.
Having the option to consult with a doctor from home is such a fantastic service, especially for minor issues. It’s convenient, efficient, and fits so well into a busy lifestyle.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and the user-friendly experience Tend provides.

You keep telling me that I owe money. And then apologising. On booking my appointment today I see on my ph screen there is still an amount outstanding. Not happy. And I don’t want a stupid nickname
On-line GP
The Lady was so great she helped me so much. I feel like I have a plan for now so that I’m not so overwhelmed. I think that she is awesome. Thank god for people like her. We need more people with big hearts. Thank you so much

The most UI friendly app ever. So easy to use and navigate. I have not faced any glitch since downloading the app.
Good until you complain
Found out Tend in no way lives up to the name. I now know Corporate muck runs it. People will die because of their cover ups.

Rushed, unhelpful and sent me on a wild goose chase
The wait time was accurate and it was easy to get a same-day appointment, but the doctor seemed rushed and didn’t explain things clearly. He also wrote inaccurate notes and sent me to the wrong place for a test. I didn’t feel supported or well looked after

GP cost
Very expensive to see a GP. Does not equate to recession, or static salaries. Counterproductive with regard to chronic health issues. ? Profit margin, especially with added government subsidy

Great App
Best app no waiting around at the Doctors & Hospitals get to see a doctor in the comfort of your own home super easy to use
Unreliable
Not recommended. I've had bad experiences trying to use the app. I've waited for hours only to be canceled at the last minute for reasons as simple as the GP thinking I should be seen by a nurse.
