I love tend and their app. They are the best. So proactive and a huge team of caring people if you can’t see someone they have nurse practitioners and online clinicians. I switched month ago. Best thing I did.

Amazing Nurses, but App & Admin Need Work
The clinical team and nurses here are excellent—professional, kind, and helpful. This was my first time using the service, and while I’ve only met the nurse so far, she was great. 5 stars for the medical care.However, the admin and app experience was disappointing. I was incorrectly charged and actually had to provide my own proof of their funding policies just to get a refund. The admin response was blunt and lacked of any sorry for the error .Also, the app needs a ‘Confirm’ button before sending automated messages. I accidentally clicked a service while browsing and it auto-sent an X-ray request. It would be much better if there was a way to delete or recall a message sent by mistake. Great medical care, but the billing and customer service side needs significant improvement
