July 13, 2026

User reviews

Don’t go here

Just don’t go here well to the Lower Hutt branch, they are terrible.

Order script

Sadly the ability to order scripts is no longer available, meaning having to call the doctors surgery

Missing key functionality

The basics seem fine, but I hate that I can’t communicate with my GP practice or GP, and I can’t request scripts for children on my account.

It seems like such basic functionality.

Shared email address

I have great difficulty with my husband's own portal - sadly he had to use a different mail account whereas he is completely unable to use any device, being of advanced age and cognitively unable to use digital devices. Yes, yes, privacy etc but there should be a limit to where privacy can't be an issue. Couldn't you get in touch with our GP to get a clear picture so I as a wife can include him in my own account?

Errors

Can’t see my own file information S always says unexpected error. Can’t be unexpected if it happens every time you open the app.

Needs someone to update and fix it urgently!
