Improvements
The app is good, there is no other app that keeps me so informed with the tennis world.
However much can be done to make the experience better.
For example:
Notifications for 2 players I follow playing against each other do not have to come as separate notifications, surely one is enough.
The home page has no customisation option.
The app does not improve, it has reminded the same since I got it many ages ago.
Similar apps like FotMob for football are constantly updating and improving, I implore you to try and do the same as the app has lots of potential.

I love TennisONE because it reports scores almost in real time and gives lots of stats on the players.

Ich finde das die App einem ein sehr schnellen und übersichtlichen Überblick über die verschiedenen Tennismatches gibt.Die App ist leider NOCH nicht so aktuell wie andere Apps aber trotzdem kann man alles sehr genau beobachten und auch die Ergebnisse der Matches sehen.

App no longer reliable
Your app used to be our go-to place for tennis information, but it has become such a mess. Often tournaments are moved from the current list to completed before finals are even played. Today (March 28), you have the exact same roster of matches listed for 2 entirely different tournaments. Please upgrade your app management.

Issues
Always saying no internet connection. Use to be ok, now unusable.
Easy
This is such an easy to move around app and very good of looking at statistics, rankings and games… Highly recommended if you’re in the tennis.
Do not refresh scores in real time
I’m really disappointed with this app. I was waiting a long time for scores during the match, thinking the rallies were long and intense, only to find out that two games had already passed.
Please fix this!

App constantly doesn’t work
Half the time I check the scores the scores are not current. Then, when they finally update it’s only briefly. It just never works like it should.
Decent app with a few issues
A pretty good app but it’s biggest issue is that it kicks you out of your account if you don’t use the app for a couple of days so you stop getting notifications. That’s really stupid and frustrating. Also, more and more issues lately with the schedule for the next day’s matches not being accurate. Frequently matches for 2 days later are listed as the next day.

I love this app so much because you can see scores in every single tournament! It is awesome and I get notifications every time a set is over. It is so convenient.

Love this app but the home screen widget doesn't work
After adding the widget it lists live tournaments and you can go directly to a tournament info. After that the widget says No Live Tournaments. Tapping the widget then takes you to the app home page. Would like to be able to bypass the home page and go directly to a tournament. Removing and adding the widget back- same thing.

AI for what?
This app used to be great for tennis - now the app will not update without newer iOS software.
What is perhaps more embarrassing for the developers, is that the Tennis One AI blurb that appears for matches is wildly inaccurate and purposeless. The AI blurb will mention incorrect stats about players, paired with a generic adjectives and broad statements. It adds absolutely no value and leads users to believe things that are not true, which is a dangerous game in today’s sports-betting world. I am recommended other apps to tennis fans.
