Disappointing
I haven’t been able to get the correct time on machine since the new app. I turned off the machine while we’re out of town and since the time is not correct. The app says it cannot find the network. My network works fine and interesting enough my app will connect to the machine but the time is incorrect. This affects the time the machine is scheduled to come on and off. Are we the Beta Test users?

Coffee profiles not importing
Hi I agree, I am not having a good experience either with this app migration. The coffee profile download directly from the website is not opening the app like on the previous app. I trust they will fix.
Just terrible
Where do I start? The coffee machine can’t tell time even tho connected to the internet. The app is helpless and continues to ask me what drink profile should be saved between the old app and the new one. It’s as if no one QA’d the app, not once.
Cat set clock anymore
The new update for 2.0 on the Terra Kaffe TK 02 doesn’t no longer allow you to set the clock. The clock automatically defaults to 12 AM. When you try to change it, it says that since the Wi-Fi is on, it will automatically connect through the Wi-Fi to collect the time yet it is unable to. When you turn off the Wi-Fi, then you can change the clock time but you can’t save it so everything keeps defaulting to 12 AM

Conversion not thought out or tested before rollout . Terrible experience with machine app update and still offline
Unable to connect
First off, why did we have to download another app? My TK-02 will not connect to the app or WiFi and the time is stuck to 12AM.
Works for me
App and machine work better than the last app. I see a few people complaining about things that are more user error than an app or machine error. ( I had to change PW) wow! so hard. Come on people.

Still can’t reset the wifi settings to update the clock. This app needs weekly updates until it is as good as the old one.
Really bad - can’t get past password screen
This app is awful and effectively ruined my coffee machine. When you go to log in to the new app, it requires you to change your password, during the password change the “continue” button is disabled, it doesn’t work, so now I’m unable to use the app until, I figure a way past that screen and can change my password. It’s pretty discouraging. This machine has been working great for the last 3 years. Now it’s a manual machine. You can’t go back to the old app, so now I have an expensive manual coffee machine with no access to its features. Did anyone even test setting this up on their iPhone with a migrated machine?

Rough…
The 2.0 app is obviously rushed and has many bugs. Within a few minutes of using the new app:
1. I forgot my password so I expected a prompt to help me reset it. Nope… just told me to try a different email. I was able to use the old app to create a new password.
2. 2.0 app keeps asking me if I would like to use the machine Americano setting or app setting. I select the machine setting and minutes late is asks the Sam question again
3. The whole reason I had to download the new app was to get the clock to update. (Annoying) I have the new app now and the clock still is not updating.

The old app worked great. This one is terrible.
Garbage
I never leave reviews but now I have to. Hopefully they get enough negative feedback and do something. This new app is trash. Nothing works. Nothing saves. Nothing changes. Even though it’s connected to my machine you can tell that it’s not. Forced to move to the new version but wish I hadn’t. Shame on you guys for not making this a seamless transition for how premium of a product and price point you provide.

Bad update for an expensive machine
Espresso profile wont allow changes from 5oz, what is the point of an update if it breaks basic functionality, at least let us use the old app which actually worked until you broke it

Did you build this update with Claude Code and have a product manager design the icon? Wild move.
Timezone and wake settings don’t work
The migration to this new app has been horrible. Time needs to be set by app but no water what I set it to it goes back to UTC. To avoid issues with improper time, I tried turning off wake schedules which reflect in the app but not the machine. So the machine is off when I need it and on when I don’t.

Horrible App. Won’t let me set my schedule. It won’t save anything. Better get fixed soon or it goes in the trash.
Worst update
After the “migration,” my TK-02 no longer works. The screen went completely out, and the “improved” 2.0 app works less than 20% of the time. I cannot recommend this product at all. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Experience ruined
Can’t adjust drink settings anymore. That defeats the whole purpose of the machine itself.
