I am not able to connect wifi . I find my wifi SSID when doing search . Even I put the modem next to Tesla charger . Still not able to connect

For the past few months I have been unable to access jobs/equipment on my install screen, making it impossible to submit a JCO. I can access the commissioning portion by scanning the QR code from the equipment so I can complete commissioning.

Forcing updates during service hours is one of the worst ideas especially for mobile techs when there is barely any connection. When update is forced we can’t even access the ticket or see anything.
