Faulty lock system
After troubleshooting countless times and updating the app my phone and car system, it fails to recognize when I come up to the door to unlock. It also stopped locking when I leave
After 11 pm Lol no driving!
Driving after 11:00 pm should have never been put on there scoreboard. People work at night and you have to drive, it could be an emergency or anything. Unsafe following is a joke, because the car sensors are too sensitive. The unsafe following is ridiculous. If you never have an accident or hit something, the unsafe following shouldn’t count against your score. They should be removed driving after 11:00 pm. How can you tell someone when to drive their vehicle?? And unsafe following is not accurate. I’m thinking about changing my insurance to another company.

Works, but Huge
This is Tesla’s everything app, and I needed it to charge a non-Tesla at a Tesla charging station. The huge size and slow cell service at the remote location means it took longer to download the app than to actually charge the car. This seems somewhat counterproductive to getting good throughput at charging stations. It seems like it would be nice to have a smaller, dedicated charging app that could be downloaded much faster. Other than this, the app has worked well for charging at all Tesla superchargers and destination chargers I have needed (which admittedly so far hasn’t been that many). One refinement that would be nice would be a way to turn off members/residents/customers only chargers on the map, and only show public chargers. Definitely hoping there’s a way to get more Destination Charger owners to flip DIP switch 2 on their chargers to allow non-Tesla guests to charge at their locations, but that’s definitely not the app’s fault.

No work
For some reason I haven’t been receiving notifications from the Tesla App. The only solutions provided by the service reps is to check settings & ensure I have all the latest software updates. I’m smart enough to come up w/that on my own & all settings are as they were when I was receiving notifications.
Their last suggestion was to just wait for the next app update, maybe that will fix it.
Your service reps are as useless as the app has turned out to be & no one can or will try to fix it.

I don’t understand why anyone would choose to drive anything other than a Tesla. From the full self driving, the safety features, the technology, and a maneuverability. It is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever had. There’s no going back for me.

Good, easy to use app. Incredible car
This app is excellent (so nice to cool down car, turn on sentry mode while parked on a street, etc), and I cannot believe how well my car drives itself with FSD. I feel safer every time I turn it on and now I never touch pedals or steering wheel except when I want to park in a certain parking spot at the office. I love this car so much. And the app works perfectly, fast and reliable.

Charging “Other” variability
Hi can you add a customised variable pricing for each charge as the range of pricing can be from $0-$1/kwh depending upon weather you charge on a destination charger or high powered non Tesla ones. It would be good to have a more accurate costing of charging even if the aprox fuel costing is inaccurate you could do the same with fuel to achieve a more accurate saving

I downloaded this because my old app didn’t migrate to my new Iphone 17. It was all sales and did no
this doesn’t have any operational tools, no page to select your vehicle and no page with controls and other settings. It even says if you want the tesla app without owning one it will be $12 a month. It has Ai, but it seems to be the faulty Elon type, it doesn’t work. I can’t believe the folks that are betting their future on Ai when their version is questionable, at best.

A couple of things. I haveydriver profile set to standard but it sometimes changes to another speed speed. Also there is a private driveway on my road that looks like it goes to my place at 2727 Hibbens close, Victoria but it doesn’t. I need to park further down.

The future
Been working professionally in the multimedia photo and video space for over 25 years at this app‘s photo upload for the Wrap feature is the most frustrating thing I’ve ever encountered in my lifetime. I just wanted my cat on the side of my car.
Requested Feature
The Tesla App is well thought out and is well designed - especially compared to some of the other automotive manufacturer Apps I have used.
Could you please consider adding a light/dark mode? When using the Tesla app while in a brightly lit environment, it is difficult to see the app. A light background mode would be helpful for such environments. Thank you!

Excellent app
Great app, provides excellent control over your vehicle’s features. Only wish we had a trip planner right on the app that would upload it to the vehicle.
Hardware poorly made
Bought car brand new -My car is parked in a garage yet and well maintained, steering wheel has bubbles now. The lining along windows is discolored to a purplish chemical color. The center console lock just broke. Good car but they could work on the quality of the actual car
