I started banking with Texas bay about 2 months ago and so far they have been the best and easiest banking experience I found my bank.

I can’t see my credit card statements on the app, it’s a bummer to have to go to the safari to have to access the information.

I don’t like how the app has changed to where you can’t click on the credit card and see what has went through and the amount that is on card and it was easier to make payments from the app from my different bank but can’t seem to do that any more. Not sure why they changed it,I look at it like this if it’s not broke don’t fix it . I loved the old app I don’t like the changed app at all.

Pretty good
Pretty good and useful app, but has fairly frequent issues and downtime. When it works it’s perfect, though.

When taking a picture of the check it’s upside down and you have maneuver and position it just right. Very hard to do

I’ve been with them about a month now and I have zero complaints. They very informative, mobile deposits are easy, minimum holds on large deposits. More importantly, ATM always work

Good luck doing anything on this trash app that literally crashes more than the customers they have on file.

The worst banking app it loads very, very, very slow. It crashes all the time too many buttons. You also have to sometimes exit out of the app and go back into it just to be able to see your card number information which keep in mind you can only view your card information for 60 seconds. The app is horrible. There's times where it glitched out when I was trying to turn my car back on, which is very embarrassing sitting at a register. And I'm speaking on the app. Only the bank itself is even worse.

You can only track the last 30 days using this app which is very inconvenient.

This app or company is the worst to make payments through, there’s so many loops you have to go through that’s so unnecessary you’d think if they wanted more customers they’d make it a more seamless experience to make payments and keep track of loans.
