Can’t get in touch with my doctor
So for the last two weeks, I’ve been going round and round with my doctors office concerning a prescription by sending messages via my chart, calling and leaving messages on their voicemail, getting voicemails from them, trying to call them back and leaving messages and not getting any kind of reply.
Just out of curiosity, I drove to my doctors office today. Although according to its schedule, it is open today from 8 to 5 it’s closed.
Can somebody tell me what’s going on?

Quick, thorough over time
It’s very helpful to get results as soon as the clinicians release it into the EMR. Adequately explained. Compare to precious test(s) makes the patient a contributor to the team.
App makes it easier.
This App makes it a lot easier for appointments; you can fill out all forms at home at your leisure.

Can’t copy and paste test results.
There seems not to be a way I can copy and paste my test results. I got them into pdf, but there is no option to copy and paste

My thoughts of using Texas Health MyChart
I’m really enjoying using this app to look at my test results from my doctor, reminder appointments, and most of all the opportunity to message and receive answers from my clinician. As an elderly person, it was easy for me to learn the system and to log on and go from” test results “ creating to “ billing”
Etc. It also allows my other doctors to see test results, etc..
I would highly recommend everyone to at least give this app a try !! if I can do it anyone can do it !
