Delays
Need to upgrade the camera for the barcode reader . There are delays and hiccups sometimes in reading the bar codes. Suggest that you also add a QR code on each ticket as a backup sometimes the app doesn’t read the barcode when checking numbers. Can you also add a way to type in your numbers to verify if they’re winning numbers on the given day play date? . Also bring back the shake options to create a QR code to pick your own numbers option (there must be a loophole to bring that back)

Rarely works
Almost every time I go to check my ticket, even after 2-3 hours after the drawing it says system down, try again later.
Always an App on my phone
I enjoy the convenience of checking lottery numbers in hopes I can be a great beneficiary of the lottery of course. It’s an app I refuse to not have on my phone.

This scan tool sucks
No matter how hard I try to scan the ticket it just sits there and when I close it out, it says it stopped scanning. This is one of the worst tools I’ve ever seen.
