Solid workout

Doesn’t show deadlift increments

Don’t buy

Super buggy can’t even fill in for power clean, go to mark off an exercise and says great job but doesn’t Mark it

No good

Wont progress deadlift. No features or support

Sucks

You can’t switch into metric. You can’t customize progression weights, nor exercises.

Incorrect split layout

Deadlift 1x5 and power clean days are wrong way around

Needs Updating

For $.99 it's workable. The same could be accomplished with an excel spreadsheet. The Power Clean always says TBD

Not fit for purpose.

The Texas method is supposed to feature 2.5kg weekly increments; this app works in increments of 5. In the U.S, where lbs are used this isn't an issue, but in the U.K. it's not fit for purpose.

Sets wrong

The sets are wrong on both day 1 & 3.

Pros and cons

Pros:

Easy to use

Very functional

Simplifies the program

Cons:

Does not keep track of warm up upsets. I would suggest they should improve it by implementing 20, 25,30 lbs warm up increments.

Does not allow you to change the workouts.

I Pendley row and I do not power clean.

In conclusion it's worth 99 cents but could be way better. 3 stars.

Dummy Proof 😁

Great app for intermediate trainers that need that extra push to a next level. Slow pace wins the race

Ok but annoying

It's a very basic app. It annoyingly seems to not save always. I can't figure out why. Sometimes I hit the checkmark, sometimes I click the workout and select done. Both ways give mixed results as far as saving goes. Pretty annoying if I have typed in notes.

You dun goofed

Like others have said, the deadlift section does not progress throughout the weeks.

The app will also delete data from a week after you close.

Has the potential to be good, unfortunately the creators took it out the oven before it was ready.

Now I'm just left with some sad, undercooked piece of gristle.

Fix the Deadlift Section!

Great App. The deadlift section doesn't calculate weight increases. This seems like a simple fix - why has it not been corrected?

Half finished app doesn't save

Worthless. Do not buy. Waste of money.

Nice App

I like the layout. Very easy to follow and update. One problem is that the Deadlift amount does not automatically adjust. Wasted a couple weeks on that lift until I noticed that. Please fix asap.

Almost great

Very close to being a great app. Just one problem, it doesn't seem to have the ability to work in Kilos, you need to use lbs. That's fine if you're in America where that's commonplace but in the rest of the world it's not so great. Wouldn't be hard to put in guys, c'mon...

Resets

Just purchased the app. Nice layout but it keeps deleting cycles after I close the app. Please fix !
