Great for 531 and more
Great app. Responsive developer. Ongoing maintenance and improvements. Great for Wendler-style programming but designed flexibly enough to do lots of other stuff too. Well worth trying.

Great app! Great support
I’m pretty sure I found this app on Reddit. I pay for the premium version, and it’s well worth it. I love the diversity of templates available. I love that you can input what plates you have, and the calculator will adjust to your plates. One day the servers were down, I contacted the email and service was prompt and friendly. It was fixed the same day. Excellent app if you’re interested in lifting.

Great app
I tried a bunch of workout apps, but landed and committed to this one pretty quickly. If you do “pure” 5/3/1 you’ll have an endless variety of options from Wendler’s books. If you mix it up with other programs, or like to build your own, KeyLifts is quite flexible and easy to program. If you don’t have a familiarity with the 5/3/1 protocol, you may struggle with the app at first because it really does revolve around that approach to strength training- but you can create anything you want once you understand the UI.
If I have one complaint, it might be that there is too much information- so many 5/3/1 templates, and just about every exercise you can imagine with every piece of equipment or machine you could use. There are filters, which help, but I’d like the option to just toggle off machines and stuff I never plan to use.
Developer is constantly improving the app, and responds quickly to bug reports and suggestions. Top notch!

Greatest app ever!
I was skeptical about purchasing this app because I’ve used used five different 531 apps., on the most part they were limited to very few templates and each had some type of flaw. After trying this app for a week, I signed up for the yearly rate., that is how pleased I am using this app. This app was well researched and easy to use.

Middling to bad
Obviously a hobby project and not really a serious product but for the price, one would expect much much more.
Pros: Intuitive enough to use. Built in templates. Decent basic features as a tracker.
Cons: Useless and completely out of touch updates that make the app buggy. Broken search system that wastes time mid workout.

Response from developer
The feedback about search is useful and appreciated, but for me to improve the app based on your complaints I'll need more actionable info. Feel free to send me a more message in the app with specific things that need improvement. The personal dig about this being “obviously a hobby project” isn’t feedback, it’s just an insult. There’s nothing wrong with strongly criticizing a product, but if your going to send me more messages about the about (and I genuinely hope you do) basic respect for the human being on the other side of the screen is required.
