The only good lifting app

Straightforward and simple to become stronk

It would be nice to be able to reset everything back to defaults though. I made several modifications and it’d nice go back to vanilla configuration

Doesn’t handle progressions and failures

I really wanted to like this app! But I’ve been using GZCLP for a few weeks now and it doesn’t naturally progress weights and it doesn’t change the sets and reps when I fail a workout at a given weight. These are essential for this program.

Will update

I will let them review if needed. However, after trying for today’s workout, I greatly appreciated this simplicity of the app. I look forward to seeing how it functions long-term. Will update after day four
