Was OK before but now broken
I’ve had this app for years and it worked well. However now it seems very buggy and this past month nothing works. The free version served my purpose for the amount i used it for. However, it’s been buggy for some time such that I can’t even make a simple text or call. Reinstalling the app doesn’t help. My number that I’ve had for years will expire due to “non-use”. Frustrating!

this used to be a great app for a second number but now it doesn’t allow to send texts, make or answer calls, and freezes until a crash if you try to log out </3 it’s very disappointing

I can't send pictures or videos to people I have the premium and some credits and nothing i never had this issue until now what's going on

I have not been able to use my texting or calling services for some time after the update and I have been receiving messages stating I would lose my number because I have been inactive but that is incorrect. I’m hoping I can restart my phone for the 5th time hoping this fix the issue.

Number disappeared
I was using the app and everything was working fine mostly. Sometimes I had issues sending and receiving calls. I received a text and couldn’t reply. I noticed everything was spinning or freezing so I had to restart phone to keep trying to troubleshoot. I couldn’t hang up outbound call but it was not ringing. Then I noticed my number in the app was no longer visible. Not sure how or why this happened since I was being charged for subscription. My experience has been very disappointing. I couldn’t use the online chat b/c it gave me an error message related to my email. I sent a email and received one email saying my number was never a text now number. I sent proof of number I used through app and proof of subscription. I haven’t heard back after sending documentation that was the number I was using and paid for….

Not sending texts anymore
I have been trying to send texts, but they don’t send anymore. I can receive, and that is it. It wasn’t even close to the 15 days since I sent one and now it is because they won’t send. I also can’t make any calls. I think the update ruined it.
Recent changes use 5 credits / sms and no free UK number
Since June 2026, you are unable to get a free number, the service has changed and if you lose your number no option to get another, apart from to pay £15 a week! You used to be able to build up credits from watching ads but now I can’t see my balance. It’s honestly cheaper now to get a eSIM from Lyca or another uk mobile provider for £3.50 a month, where SMS messages actually work and get sent/delivered. I’m not sure what they’ve changed since early June, but it’s so backwards, it’s crazy. Surely with the revenue they are getting, you’d expect the app to get better. I don’t recommend this app at all anymore.
