While check and till selection of seat different price 800 and at time of booking/making payment it shows 1200 its huge difference
Regarding user interface and interaction
I didn’t see this much worest app in my life when I do payment for ticket the money is deducted from my account but when u go back to check my ticket ticket is not generated 🫠
UI is not Good - Bugs
When we try to search a bus from source to destination, it will display some buses available so when we scroll down and open a bus details and when we go back, it will show the bus again from the start. Ideally, it should show from the bus which we have selected.
Unwanted refresh, no boarding and dropping point filter
The developer should have mind in developing the app, the app keeps on refreshing every time making the selection very very hard, selection of boarding and dropping point in filter doesn’t work, overall an useless app
Reliable and Growing Better
I’ve had multiple experiences traveling with Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC), and overall, I’d say it’s one of the more reliable public transport services in India. The buses are generally on time, the staff is polite, and the ticketing process—especially with online booking—has become very convenient.
The Palle Velugu services are a lifeline for rural connectivity, while Super Luxury and Rajdhani A/C buses offer decent comfort for longer intercity routes. The newer buses are well-maintained, and the introduction of electric buses in Hyderabad is a welcome step toward sustainability.
What I really appreciate is their focus on safety and affordability. TSRTC makes travel possible even in remote areas where private operators don’t reach. Still, there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and frequency during peak hours on certain routes.

Unable to Register/Signup or Login
Worst Application and don’t know who designed or created. Even though an intern or fresher can create better than this. In this app everything is failure.
The worst interface and useless
This is the worst design and development of I have ever seen. Old interface accounts are not migrated. I am not able to sign up for new account. sign up does not send any otp to either mobile or email. In nutshell I can not book any ticket from this app. What is the use of this app.

This app is worthless. They will deduct the money and a cartoon comes up saying “something went wrong”. And they never refund ur money.

Unable to login to app
My user name is having a space character in between first and last name and space is not adding to the text field after tapping on space button in triggered keyboard..,Not allowing me to login to app where as I can login in website but not have an option to change the username.., Not good for an travelling app with an issue like this .., very bad.What if I found it on my travelling day .., how would the product team missed it..,Not happy with that issue so giving a single star .., Once issue is resolved will consider to change the ratings..,

Amazon Pay and UPI Should be integrated
Not much of a difference from other state apps but the payment ways are very less .... they can add Amazon pay and other wallets and UPI should also been introduced here ... UI is just okay ... can be improved more
Worst bus service
Booked a bus from Hyderabad at 4 pm and the bus driver did not start the bus till 5 pm. Bus came to stop at 4:30, they are more worried about filling the bus than going on time.
Worst buses absolutely garbage.i would suggest don't book tickets before go to the bus stop and get into the bus which is about to leave the station.
